【摘要】：2003年普京任俄羅斯國(guó)家元首后,使莫斯科對(duì)東方的外交政策發(fā)生了轉(zhuǎn)變,俄羅斯領(lǐng)導(dǎo)層特別高度重視對(duì)華關(guān)系和密切合作,即公開表明了俄羅斯新一屆政府不僅要在俄羅斯,也要在中國(guó)擴(kuò)大自己的影響力。有力地促使中俄戰(zhàn)略伙伴關(guān)系的建立與鞏固。俄羅斯和中國(guó)之間的戰(zhàn)略伙伴關(guān)系從政治宣言變成了具體的政治實(shí)踐,進(jìn)一步鞏固了國(guó)際人文關(guān)系,建立了多方秩序。在此基礎(chǔ)上,俄羅斯所宣布的對(duì)外政策方針的穩(wěn)定性和可以預(yù)見性不僅僅停留在綱領(lǐng)性文件上,而且要在中俄關(guān)系的雙方合作和解決國(guó)際問題中通過合作模式加以實(shí)施。這種合作模式在國(guó)際政治舞臺(tái)上不僅表明了雙方反霸權(quán)主義的態(tài)度,更尤以這些年的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)證明了普京對(duì)外政策的中國(guó)導(dǎo)向是正確的。
[Abstract]:Since Putin became head of state of Russia in 2003, Moscow's foreign policy toward the East has changed. The Russian leadership attaches great importance to relations and close cooperation with China, that is, it openly shows that the new Russian government will not only be in Russia. It also wants to expand its influence in China. To promote the establishment and consolidation of the strategic partnership between China and Russia. The strategic partnership between Russia and China has changed from a political declaration to a concrete political practice. On this basis, the stability and predictability of the foreign policy announced by Russia should not only remain on the programmatic documents, but also be implemented through the cooperative mode in the bilateral cooperation and the solution of international problems in Sino-Russian relations. This mode of cooperation not only demonstrates the anti-hegemonism attitude of both sides in the international political arena, but also proves that Putin's foreign policy China orientation is correct, especially through the practical experience of these years.
