【摘要】：正構(gòu)建以合作共贏為核心的新型國際關(guān)系,是國家主席習(xí)近平總攬世界大勢提出的重要外交理念之一。而在新型國際關(guān)系中,主要大國之間的新型關(guān)系在中國外交中占據(jù)優(yōu)先重要地位。當(dāng)前的全球政治經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系中,最重要的大國間關(guān)系無疑存在于中國、美國和俄羅斯之間,這三個(gè)大國承擔(dān)著維護(hù)國
[Abstract]:Building a new type of international relationship with win-win cooperation at the core is one of the important diplomatic concepts put forward by President Xi Jinping. In the new international relations, the new relationship between major powers occupies a priority position in China's diplomacy. In the current global political and economic relations, there is no doubt that the most important relations among the great powers exist between China, the United States and Russia, which bear the responsibility of safeguarding the country.
