【摘要】：正烏克蘭危機是2014年最大的國際熱點問題之一。烏克蘭危機的直接原因是2013年烏克蘭拋棄了東西方平衡戰(zhàn)略,選擇與歐盟簽署聯(lián)系國協(xié)定,準(zhǔn)備與歐盟進行實質(zhì)性的戰(zhàn)略合作。烏克蘭亞努科維奇總統(tǒng)犯了顛覆性的錯誤,在俄羅斯和歐盟之間不恰當(dāng)?shù)剡x邊站:先是與歐盟接近,隨后"暫時停止"與歐盟簽署聯(lián)系國協(xié)定,最后又倒向俄羅斯。烏克蘭外交政策在短時期內(nèi)大幅度搖擺,嚴(yán)重動搖了自身的戰(zhàn)略地位并造成了其國內(nèi)政治和社會的高度分裂。從大國博弈方面來看,歐盟寄希望于與烏克蘭
[Abstract]:The Ukraine crisis is one of the biggest international hot issues in 2014. The immediate cause of the crisis in Ukraine was that in 2013 Ukraine abandoned the East-West balance strategy and chose to sign an agreement with the European Union for substantive strategic cooperation with the European Union. President Yanukovych of Ukraine made a subversive mistake of choosing the wrong side between Russia and the European Union: first approaching the EU, then "suspending" the signing of the associated country agreement with the EU, and finally turning to Russia. Ukraine's foreign policy wobbled sharply in a short period of time, seriously undermining its strategic position and creating a high degree of domestic political and social division. From the point of view of the big power game, the European Union is looking to Ukraine.
