【摘要】：當(dāng)代國際格局的變化影響各國對外戰(zhàn)略的制訂,影響國際政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)安全環(huán)境。中國的周邊安全環(huán)境受國際格局演變的影響,尤其受美國"重返亞洲"戰(zhàn)略的影響,變得日益復(fù)雜、多變,其特點是:首先,與周邊國家領(lǐng)土爭議明顯化、激烈化;其次,與中國存在領(lǐng)土或海上權(quán)益爭端的國家間正在相互靠近;再次,域外大國特別是美國,對中國與周邊鄰國邊海爭端的升級有直接聯(lián)系;最后,陸地邊疆的安全問題不斷凸顯。中國周邊外交的基本方針是:堅持與鄰為善、以鄰為伴,堅持睦鄰、安鄰、富鄰政策。中國應(yīng)注重與周邊國家的經(jīng)貿(mào)合作,應(yīng)利用好比較優(yōu)勢,找準(zhǔn)深化同周邊國家互利合作的戰(zhàn)略契合點,積極參與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)合作。中國周邊外交充滿著機遇和挑戰(zhàn)。
[Abstract]:The change of contemporary international pattern affects the formulation of foreign strategy and the international political and economic security environment. China's surrounding security environment is affected by the evolution of the international structure, especially by the United States' strategy of "returning to Asia", which has become increasingly complex and changeable. Its characteristics are: first, the territorial disputes with neighboring countries are obvious and fierce; and secondly, Third, the foreign powers, especially the United States, have a direct connection to the escalation of the disputes between China and its neighboring countries. Finally, the security problems of the land border areas are constantly highlighted. The basic policy of China's peripheral diplomacy is to adhere to the policy of good neighborliness, good neighborliness and prosperity. China should pay attention to its economic and trade cooperation with its neighboring countries, make good use of its comparative advantages, identify strategic points for deepening mutually beneficial cooperation with its neighboring countries, and actively participate in regional economic cooperation. China's peripheral diplomacy is full of opportunities and challenges.
