【摘要】：本文從中阿合作論壇第一個(gè)十年的目標(biāo)與成就、國(guó)際形勢(shì)變化中的中阿合作論壇、中阿合作論壇與中東劇變等角度展開(kāi)論述,并基于此論述得出以下重要結(jié)論:即中阿間歷史悠久的文明、文化交流是雙方友好交往史的起點(diǎn);中阿間官民并舉、積極合作具有必要性與迫切性;"論壇"的建立是全球化挑戰(zhàn)下中阿關(guān)系發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略性步伐。過(guò)去十年間,中阿關(guān)系穩(wěn)步發(fā)展,"論壇"為將彼此關(guān)系提升到戰(zhàn)略合作層面發(fā)揮了重要的基礎(chǔ)作用。今天,為古代中阿絲綢之路注入新的活力已成為新的命題,這需要雙方全面、長(zhǎng)久的戰(zhàn)略合作,需要兼顧中阿關(guān)系的發(fā)展,適應(yīng)國(guó)際形勢(shì)的變幻。"論壇"在重構(gòu)絲綢之路,建立經(jīng)濟(jì)繁榮、文化互動(dòng)的中阿戰(zhàn)略關(guān)系方面,有著義不容辭的責(zé)任與義務(wù)。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the goals and achievements of the first decade of the Sino-Arab Cooperation Forum, the Sino-Arab Cooperation Forum in the changing international situation, the Sino-Arab Cooperation Forum and the dramatic changes in the Middle East. Based on this discussion, the following important conclusions are drawn: the long history of civilization between China and Argentina, the cultural exchange is the starting point of the history of friendly exchanges between the two sides, The establishment of the Forum is a strategic step for the development of Sino-Arab relations under the challenge of globalization. Over the past decade, Sino-Arab relations have developed steadily, and the Forum has played an important role in elevating the relationship to the level of strategic cooperation. Today, it has become a new proposition to inject new vitality into the ancient Sino-Arab Silk Road, which requires comprehensive and long-term strategic cooperation between the two sides, and needs to take into account the development of Sino-Arab relations and adapt to the changes in the international situation. " The Forum has an unshirkable responsibility and obligation in reconstructing the Silk Road, establishing a strategic relationship between China and Argentina with economic prosperity and cultural interaction.
