【摘要】：媒體的話語(yǔ)權(quán)，顧名思義就是媒體所傳遞的話語(yǔ)在受眾中的影響力，也就是說(shuō)如果媒體在信息傳播中對(duì)傳播效果具有潛在的影響力，所傳播內(nèi)容能否起到?jīng)Q定社會(huì)的輿論走向或者影響人們價(jià)值觀取向的效果。對(duì)于一個(gè)國(guó)家，在國(guó)際社會(huì)上的影響力來(lái)自于自身綜合國(guó)力的大小，同時(shí)，也需要媒體對(duì)自我的表達(dá)，而這種表達(dá)能否在國(guó)際社會(huì)中占據(jù)比較有利的位置，就要靠這個(gè)國(guó)家媒體能否擁有一定的話語(yǔ)權(quán)。從目前來(lái)看，CNN已經(jīng)發(fā)展成為了很多人了解世界的一個(gè)窗口，他們甚至于更親信于CNN對(duì)國(guó)際新聞的報(bào)道。 本文主要以CCTV為主要研究主體，通過(guò)傳播學(xué)和管理學(xué)的理論基礎(chǔ)，，對(duì)比分析了中美兩國(guó)的媒體管理政治環(huán)境，分析了CNN媒體話語(yǔ)權(quán)現(xiàn)狀，發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)，總結(jié)出了適合中國(guó)現(xiàn)有國(guó)情和中國(guó)特色的CCTV話語(yǔ)權(quán)提升路徑機(jī)制。 從國(guó)際新聞的傳播素材上來(lái)說(shuō)要注重CCTV自我新聞的采集，改變過(guò)去自我新聞采集比重較低外來(lái)新聞?dòng)绕涫且晕鞣矫缆?lián)社和路透社等紙媒的新聞素材依賴。從國(guó)際新聞傳播方式上來(lái)說(shuō)多采用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)直播，提高CCTV新聞傳播的權(quán)威性和客觀性。并且在傳播方式上多采用深度報(bào)道新聞事件，對(duì)相同的新聞事件進(jìn)行多角度的全面分析報(bào)道。從國(guó)際新聞傳播技巧上來(lái)說(shuō)CCTV要做注重細(xì)節(jié)新聞傳播媒體，用新聞細(xì)節(jié)來(lái)吸引國(guó)際受眾，提升新聞的生動(dòng)性和趣味性。 電視媒體行業(yè)屬于文化意識(shí)范疇，而中央電視臺(tái)的綜合實(shí)力直接反應(yīng)的就是我國(guó)的文化軟實(shí)力水平，堅(jiān)持黨管媒體的原則的同時(shí)走出具有中國(guó)特色的媒體管理制度，我們必須要選擇重點(diǎn)區(qū)域進(jìn)行有效傳播同時(shí)還應(yīng)該建立科學(xué)合理的處理突發(fā)事件機(jī)制。加強(qiáng)我國(guó)政府在突發(fā)事件中對(duì)新聞媒體把控能力建設(shè)的對(duì)策，樹立起政府官員通過(guò)CCTV管理突發(fā)新聞事件的理念，我們著眼于提升中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力同時(shí),通過(guò)改革盡快做大做強(qiáng)國(guó)內(nèi)媒體,把傳媒業(yè)作為發(fā)展文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的重要突破口。
[Abstract]:The right of the media to speak is, as its name implies, the influence of the words transmitted by the media in the audience, that is, if the media has a potential influence on the effect of communication in the dissemination of information, Whether the content can decide the trend of public opinion or influence the orientation of people's values. For a country, its influence in the international community comes from the size of its comprehensive national strength. At the same time, it also needs the media to express itself, and whether this kind of expression can occupy a more favorable position in the international community. It depends on whether the state media can have a certain right to speak. At present, CNN has developed into a window for many people to understand the world, and they are even more close to CNN's coverage of international news. With CCTV as the main research subject, this paper, through the theoretical basis of communication and management, compares and analyzes the political environment of media management in China and the United States, and analyzes the current situation and development experience of CNN media discourse. Summarizes the CCTV voice promotion path mechanism suitable for China's existing national conditions and Chinese characteristics. From the international news dissemination material, we should pay attention to CCTV self-news collection, and change the past self-news collection low proportion of foreign news, especially the Western Associated Press and Reuters and other print media news materials rely on. In terms of international news dissemination, live broadcast is used to improve the authority and objectivity of CCTV news dissemination. And in the way of communication, more in-depth reporting of news events, the same news events comprehensive analysis of the various angles. In terms of international news communication skills, CCTV should pay attention to detail news media, use news details to attract international audiences, and enhance the vitality and interest of news. The television media industry belongs to the category of cultural consciousness, and the comprehensive strength of CCTV directly reflects the level of cultural soft power in our country. While adhering to the principle of the party governing the media, it also steps out of the media management system with Chinese characteristics. We must select key areas for effective communication and establish a scientific and reasonable mechanism for dealing with emergencies. To strengthen the measures taken by the Chinese government to control and control the news media in emergencies, and to foster the concept of government officials managing news emergencies through CCTV, we aim at improving the competitiveness of China's economy at the same time. Through the reform as soon as possible to strengthen the domestic media, the media industry as an important breakthrough in the development of cultural industry.
