【摘要】：2014年6月以來,"伊斯蘭國"(IS)在西亞北非不斷興風(fēng)作浪,勢力迅速蔓延至世界各地,引發(fā)國際社會廣泛關(guān)注。南亞地區(qū)因?yàn)辇嫶蟮哪滤沽秩丝�、較低的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展水平和復(fù)雜脆弱的安全形勢,成為IS滲透的重要目標(biāo)。2015年初,IS宣稱在"呼羅珊"行省建立分支機(jī)構(gòu),并委任塔利班前指揮官負(fù)責(zé)行政事務(wù),標(biāo)志著其對南亞地區(qū)正式介入。塔利班、基地組織及南亞各國政府,都對IS表示反對和抵制�？紤]到當(dāng)前自身的強(qiáng)大實(shí)力、美國的反恐政策以及南亞地區(qū)形勢,IS對這一地區(qū)的滲透極可能具有長期性。未來,相關(guān)國家需要繼續(xù)保持警惕,并就打擊IS開展務(wù)實(shí)合作。
[Abstract]:Since June 2014, the "Islamic state" (IS) has been making waves in Western Asia and North Africa. The force has spread rapidly to all parts of the world and has aroused wide attention from the international community. South Asia has become an important target for IS penetration at the beginning of.2015 because of the huge Muslim population, low economic and social development level and complex and fragile security potential. IS claims to be "calling" at the beginning of the year. Taliban, Taliban, Al Qaida and South Asian governments, are opposing and boycotting the IS. Taliban, Al Qaeda and South Asian governments are both opposed and resisted. Penetration is likely to be long-term. In the future, the countries concerned need to remain vigilant and carry out pragmatic cooperation in combating IS.
