【摘要】：冷戰(zhàn)結(jié)束以來,國際組織的公共外交功能和影響日益凸顯。對(duì)于和平崛起進(jìn)程中的社會(huì)主義中國而言,決策性地利用國際組織平臺(tái)開展公共外交已經(jīng)不僅成為維護(hù)、拓展我國現(xiàn)實(shí)國家利益的重要舉措,同時(shí)也成為當(dāng)代中國塑造國際形象、增強(qiáng)國際話語權(quán)和提升軟實(shí)力不可或缺的重要途徑。
[Abstract]:Since the end of the Cold War, the public diplomacy function and influence of international organizations have become increasingly prominent. For the socialist China in the process of peaceful rise, it is not only an important measure to safeguard and expand the real national interests of our country to use the international organization platform to carry out public diplomacy, but also to make policy decisions. At the same time, it has become an indispensable and important way for contemporary China to shape international image, strengthen international discourse power and enhance soft power.
