【摘要】：由于中國內(nèi)戰(zhàn)的緣故，海峽兩岸一直處于分裂狀態(tài)，臺(tái)灣的國際空間問題在國民黨敗退以后一直都困擾著中國。所謂臺(tái)灣的國際空間問題，，實(shí)際上是臺(tái)灣當(dāng)局希望其所謂的“主權(quán)”受到國際社會(huì)認(rèn)可而引發(fā)的問題。 臺(tái)灣問題一直是困擾中美關(guān)系的一個(gè)重要因素，也是中國崛起之路上必須經(jīng)受的考驗(yàn)。臺(tái)灣問題之初源于內(nèi)戰(zhàn)，而在冷戰(zhàn)爆發(fā)以后由于美國的干預(yù)使得臺(tái)灣問題在很長一段時(shí)間內(nèi)都無法解決。隨著中國國力的增強(qiáng)和中美關(guān)系正常化，臺(tái)灣國際地位逐漸下降，直到李登輝開始逐漸尋求國際空間。此后鑒于陳水扁當(dāng)局的“烽火外交”政策受挫，馬英九當(dāng)局開始緩和同大陸之間的關(guān)系，希望通過“外交休”兵來達(dá)到兩岸之間的“外交共榮”。 本文希望通過對(duì)臺(tái)灣國際空間問題的產(chǎn)生的原因的分析，梳理臺(tái)灣各時(shí)期的“外交”狀況和特點(diǎn)，來研究各個(gè)時(shí)期影響臺(tái)灣國際空間問題的因素，以及臺(tái)灣國際空間問題未來的走向。
[Abstract]:As a result of China's civil war, the two sides of the Taiwan Strait have been divided, and Taiwan's international space problem has plagued China since the Kuomintang's defeat. The so-called question of Taiwan's international space is actually a question that the Taiwan authorities hope that their so-called "sovereignty" will be recognized by the international community. The Taiwan issue has been an important factor in the relationship between China and the United States and must be tested on China's rise. The Taiwan issue originated from the civil war at the beginning, but after the Cold War broke out, the Taiwan issue could not be solved for a long time because of the intervention of the United States. With the strengthening of China's national strength and the normalization of Sino-US relations, Taiwan's international status gradually declined until Li Denghui began to gradually seek international space. Since then, in view of the setback of the Chen Shuibian authorities'"fiery foreign policy," the Ma Yingjiu authorities began to ease relations with the mainland, hoping to achieve "diplomatic co-prosperity" between the two sides through the "diplomatic break". This paper hopes to analyze the causes of Taiwan's international space problems, comb the "diplomatic" status and characteristics of Taiwan in various periods, and study the factors that affect Taiwan's international space problems in various periods. And the future trend of Taiwan's international space problem.
