【摘要】：作為我國重要的周邊地區(qū)之一,東盟地區(qū)是攸關(guān)我國未來發(fā)展的重要地區(qū)。深入思考東盟一體化進(jìn)程對中國-東盟關(guān)系發(fā)展帶來的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)有助于我國制定正確的政策措施,促進(jìn)雙方關(guān)系進(jìn)一步發(fā)展。東盟一體化進(jìn)程對中國-東盟關(guān)系發(fā)展的影響涉及到政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、安全等方面,同時(shí)也有著積極和消極的兩面性,本文力求從全面的角度對其展開探討,并對下一步如何加強(qiáng)中國-東盟關(guān)系提出對策建議,以趨利避害促進(jìn)國家利益的全面實(shí)現(xiàn)。 論文的寫作分為五個(gè)部分,第一章介紹東盟一體化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀；第二章分析現(xiàn)階段東盟一體化面臨的主要挑戰(zhàn)；第三章主要從政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、安全三個(gè)方面闡述東盟一體化進(jìn)程對中國-東盟關(guān)系帶來的積極影響；第四章從南海問題、緬甸問題及東盟“大國平衡”戰(zhàn)略等與我國家利益密切相關(guān)的幾個(gè)方面來探討東盟一體化進(jìn)程對中國-東盟關(guān)系帶來的消極影響；第五章對下一步如何加強(qiáng)中國-東盟關(guān)系提出對策建議。 對東盟一體化進(jìn)程及中國-東盟關(guān)系的研究是一個(gè)多學(xué)科,多層次交叉的題目,在不同的學(xué)者眼中分屬于不同學(xué)科的研究對象。本文力求從國際關(guān)系學(xué)的角度對其進(jìn)行研究。
[Abstract]:As one of the important peripheral regions in China, ASEAN region is an important area for the future development of our country. Further reflection on the opportunities and challenges brought by the process of ASEAN integration to the development of China-ASEAN relations will help our country formulate correct policies and measures and promote the further development of bilateral relations. The influence of ASEAN integration process on the development of China-ASEAN relations involves politics, economy, security and so on. At the same time, there are both positive and negative aspects. It also puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to strengthen the relationship between China and ASEAN in order to promote the overall realization of national interests by seeking advantages and avoiding disadvantages. The thesis is divided into five parts: the first chapter introduces the current situation of ASEAN integration; the second chapter analyzes the main challenges facing ASEAN integration at the present stage; the third chapter mainly from the political, economic, economic, The three aspects of security expound the positive influence of ASEAN integration process on the China-ASEAN relations. Chapter four focuses on the South China Sea, and the South China Sea. The Myanmar issue and the "great power balance" strategy of ASEAN are closely related to China's national interests to explore the negative impact of ASEAN integration process on China-ASEAN relations. Chapter five puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to strengthen the relationship between China and ASEAN. The research on the process of ASEAN integration and China-ASEAN relations is a multi-disciplinary and multi-level subject, which belongs to different subjects in the eyes of different scholars. This paper tries to study it from the angle of international relations.
