【摘要】：文章從"海洋觀和安全觀"、"地位和作用"、"海洋強(qiáng)國和南海強(qiáng)國"、"戰(zhàn)略統(tǒng)籌"、"中國南海戰(zhàn)略"、"立法"、"維權(quán)博弈"、"挑戰(zhàn)和機(jī)遇"等八個方面,對中國南海安全進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)論述,提出了一些維護(hù)中國南海主權(quán)、確保中國南海安全的新思考、新思路、新觀念、新觀點(diǎn)。研究認(rèn)為,中國南海安全態(tài)勢日趨緊張、復(fù)雜多變,需要從戰(zhàn)略的高度來運(yùn)籌中國南海安全,需要從建設(shè)南海強(qiáng)國的角度來統(tǒng)籌中國南海安全。文章建議,將中國南海作為維護(hù)中國國家海洋主權(quán)和安全的實驗區(qū)和示范區(qū)。
[Abstract]:This paper systematically discusses the security of the South China Sea from eight aspects, such as "marine view and security view", "status and function", "ocean power and South China sea power", "strategic overall planning", "China's strategy for the South China Sea", "legislation", "game of safeguarding rights", "challenge and opportunity", etc. Some new thoughts, new ideas, new ideas and new viewpoints on safeguarding the sovereignty of the South China Sea and ensuring the safety of the South China Sea are put forward. The study shows that the security situation of the South China Sea is becoming more and more tense and complex, so it is necessary to study the security of the South China Sea from the strategic perspective and to coordinate the security of the South China Sea from the point of view of building a powerful country in the South China Sea. It is suggested that the South China Sea be used as an experimental and demonstration area for safeguarding China's national maritime sovereignty and security.
