【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化、區(qū)域集團(tuán)化極速發(fā)展的今天，除歐洲和北美的兩大自由貿(mào)易區(qū)外，東亞國家也開始為構(gòu)建區(qū)域合作而努力。冷戰(zhàn)之后，東南亞國家聯(lián)盟迅速發(fā)展；新千年“東亞共同體”被搬上歷史舞臺。日本作為“東亞共同體”建設(shè)的發(fā)起國、東亞經(jīng)濟(jì)的領(lǐng)頭羊，在東亞區(qū)域合作中顯現(xiàn)出不可替代的作用。 日本提出東亞區(qū)域合作并非是一時(shí)的突發(fā)奇想，相反的，日本關(guān)注東亞太平洋地區(qū)合作由來已久。早在上世紀(jì)六十年代，學(xué)者小島清教授就從經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的角度提出了“太平洋自由貿(mào)易區(qū)”的構(gòu)想。大平正芳內(nèi)閣時(shí)期一度將“環(huán)太平洋合作”構(gòu)想確定為日本的基本國策和外交的基本方針。竹下內(nèi)閣時(shí)期，首先提出“東亞”合作的概念，推出“東亞經(jīng)濟(jì)圈”構(gòu)想。全球化時(shí)代，小泉純一郎和鳩山由紀(jì)夫這兩位來自日本不同政黨的首相都將“東亞共同體”建設(shè)擺在外交的重要位置考慮。 本文將上述日本自二戰(zhàn)結(jié)束之后在不同歷史時(shí)期提出的東亞、太平洋區(qū)域合作構(gòu)想做一個(gè)梳理，，并從中分析戰(zhàn)后日本東亞區(qū)域合作發(fā)展的脈絡(luò)和亮點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economic globalization and regional collectivization, in addition to the two major free trade zones in Europe and North America, East Asian countries have also begun to work for the construction of regional cooperation. After the Cold War, the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) developed rapidly, and the East Asian Community (EAC) was put on the historical stage in the new millennium. As the initiator of East Asia Community, Japan is the leader of East Asia economy, and plays an irreplaceable role in East Asia regional cooperation. On the contrary, Japan has been paying attention to the East Asia Pacific region cooperation for a long time. As early as 1960's, scholar Professor Kojima put forward the idea of Pacific Free Trade area from the angle of economic development. The idea of "Pacific Rim Cooperation" was once defined by the Ohira Masayoshi Cabinet as Japan's basic state policy and basic policy of diplomacy. During the period of Bamboo Cabinet, the concept of "East Asia" cooperation was first put forward and the idea of "East Asian Economic Circle" was put forward. In the era of globalization, Junichiro Koizumi and Yukio Hatoyama, two prime ministers from different political parties in Japan, put the East Asian Community building in the forefront of diplomacy. In this paper, the concept of East Asia and Pacific regional cooperation put forward by Japan in different historical periods since the end of World War II is analyzed, and the development of East Asia regional cooperation in Japan after World War II is analyzed.
