【摘要】： 首腦外交是一國開展對外交往、參與國際事務(wù)的重要形式之一,也是當代外交學中不可或缺的研究內(nèi)容。本文嘗試以1994年以來中朝首腦外交活動為對象,考察這一時期不同階段兩國領(lǐng)導人參與雙邊外交活動的狀況,進而分析首腦外交對兩國關(guān)系的變化和發(fā)展所發(fā)揮的重要作用。 第一章對首腦外交的歷史、適用范圍、以及各類形式作一理論考察,同時對1994年以來的中朝首腦外交活動進行數(shù)值統(tǒng)計,分析其發(fā)展態(tài)勢及其結(jié)構(gòu)性變化。第二章在對1994年朝鮮金日成去世前后中朝關(guān)系所面臨的挑戰(zhàn)進行背景分析的基礎(chǔ)上,逐一考察中朝領(lǐng)導人在朝鮮政權(quán)過渡階段圍繞吊唁活動、雙邊互訪、通訊函電、無償援助等內(nèi)容開展的外交活動,同時對兩國首腦外交的特點和側(cè)重點進行分析。第三章先是對金正日正式執(zhí)政以后朝鮮政策的調(diào)整情況進行簡要描述,之后通過兩個層面重點分析1998年以來的中朝首腦外交活動：(1)中朝最高元首實現(xiàn)了六次重要的互訪和會晤,為兩國關(guān)系擺脫低迷并在新世紀得以嶄新發(fā)展,做出了歷史性的貢獻；(2)擷取兩國首腦活動中牢記傳統(tǒng)友誼、推動多重合作、彰顯道義關(guān)愛、充滿民俗情節(jié)、謀求和平穩(wěn)定等較有代表性的歷史視角,進一步勾勒出中朝首腦外交所展現(xiàn)的各種生動形式和豐富內(nèi)涵。在結(jié)論部分,對中朝首腦外交所具有的象征意義、現(xiàn)實意義和理論意義進行總結(jié)概括,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出首腦外交對于進一步發(fā)展中朝關(guān)系所引發(fā)的一些啟示。
[Abstract]:Summit diplomacy is one of the important forms for a country to conduct foreign exchanges and participate in international affairs. It is also an indispensable research content in contemporary diplomacy. This paper attempts to investigate the situation of the leaders of the two countries participating in bilateral diplomatic activities in different periods since 1994, and then analyzes the important role played by the summit diplomacy in the changes and development of the relations between the two countries. The first chapter makes a theoretical investigation on the history, scope of application and various forms of summit diplomacy. At the same time, it makes numerical statistics on the diplomatic activities between China and Korea since 1994, and analyzes its development situation and structural changes. The second chapter, on the basis of background analysis of the challenges faced by Sino-DPRK relations before and after Kim Il Sung's death in 1994, examines one by one that the leaders of China and North Korea revolved around the activities of condolences, bilateral exchange of visits, communications and telegrams during the transition period of the Korean regime. At the same time, it analyzes the characteristics and emphases of the diplomacy of the two heads of state. The third chapter first gives a brief description of the adjustment of North Korean policy after Kim Jong Il came to power. After that, through two levels of analysis, the diplomatic activities of the heads of state of China and the DPRK since 1998 have focused on the realization of six important exchanges of visits and meetings between the top heads of state of China and the DPRK, in order to extricate the relations between the two countries from the doldrums and to achieve a new development in the new century. Making a historic contribution to the activities of the two countries' heads of state to remember the traditional friendship, to promote multi-fold cooperation, to highlight moral care, to be full of folklore, and to seek peace and stability from a more representative historical perspective. Further outline the various vivid forms and rich connotations of China-DPRK summit diplomacy. In the conclusion part, the symbolic significance, realistic significance and theoretical significance of China-DPRK summit diplomacy are summarized, and on this basis, some revelations caused by summit diplomacy for the further development of China-DPRK relations are put forward.
