【摘要】：非洲國家歷史上長期受到西方殖民統(tǒng)治的影響，在美國等西方國家的壓力下完成了現(xiàn)代民主的轉(zhuǎn)變。這種由外在壓力所引起的政變?nèi)狈ι鐣瑯O易引發(fā)社會的動蕩。尤其是對那些石油資源豐富的非洲國家來說。豐富的石油資源更加劇了各利益集團的紛爭，使得其國內(nèi)的局勢更加的動蕩不安。本文首先對非洲石油資源國的現(xiàn)狀和政治風(fēng)險進(jìn)行了闡述，其次列舉了幾個國家的案例來具體分析這些國家所面臨的政治風(fēng)險。在對非洲石油資源國政治風(fēng)險進(jìn)行分析時，作者認(rèn)為分析非洲石油資源國政治風(fēng)險要具體從石油資源的開發(fā)和石油租金的分配方面入手，把非洲石油資源國面臨的政治風(fēng)險與跨國企業(yè)的投資開發(fā)相聯(lián)系，，具體分析非洲石油資源國的政治風(fēng)險對我國企業(yè)和政府投資所造成的影響并采取有針對性的策略，盡可能的規(guī)避潛在的政治風(fēng)險。對突發(fā)的政治風(fēng)險制定相關(guān)的應(yīng)急預(yù)案，做到有備無患。 本文在對非洲石油資源國政治風(fēng)險進(jìn)行分析時主要是舉出了相關(guān)國家案例，把政治風(fēng)險的表現(xiàn)形式和這些國家的具體案例相結(jié)合。在對非洲石油資源國進(jìn)行投資時，企業(yè)和政府應(yīng)具體細(xì)致的分析東道國的政治風(fēng)險。在對非洲石油資源國投資的過程中要建立具體的政治風(fēng)險評估機制，企業(yè)應(yīng)該加強企業(yè)內(nèi)部的管理，尊重并適應(yīng)當(dāng)?shù)氐慕?jīng)營理念。同時要增進(jìn)與其他跨國公司的合作，增加當(dāng)?shù)貑T工的發(fā)展機會，重視企業(yè)員工的培訓(xùn)。與當(dāng)?shù)卣３置芮械年P(guān)系，并積極的承擔(dān)相應(yīng)的社會責(zé)任。政府在建立政治風(fēng)險評估機制的同時應(yīng)密切與東道國和其他投資國的聯(lián)系。
[Abstract]:Under the pressure of the United States and other Western countries, African countries have been influenced by the Western colonial rule for a long time, and have completed the transformation of modern democracy under the pressure of the United States and other Western countries. This kind of coup caused by external pressure lacks social foundation and can easily cause social unrest. Especially for oil-rich African countries. Rich oil resources have exacerbated conflicts among interest groups and made the situation more volatile at home. This paper first expounds the current situation and political risks of African oil resource countries, and then enumerates the cases of several countries to analyze the political risks faced by these countries. In the analysis of the political risk of African oil resource countries, the author thinks that the political risk of African oil resource countries should be analyzed from the aspects of oil resources exploitation and oil rent distribution. By linking the political risks faced by African oil resource countries with the investment and development of multinational enterprises, the paper analyzes the impact of the political risks of African oil resource countries on Chinese enterprises and government investment and adopts targeted strategies. Avoid potential political risks as much as possible. Make contingency plans for sudden political risks and be prepared for them. In this paper, the political risk of African oil resource countries is mainly analyzed by citing relevant country cases, combining the manifestation of political risk with the specific cases of these countries. When investing in African oil resource countries, enterprises and governments should analyze the political risks of host countries in detail. In the process of investing in oil resource countries in Africa, a concrete political risk assessment mechanism should be established. Enterprises should strengthen the internal management of the enterprises, respect and adapt to the local management ideas. At the same time, we should enhance cooperation with other multinational companies, increase the development opportunities of local employees, and attach importance to the training of employees. Maintain close relationship with local government and actively undertake corresponding social responsibility. The government should establish a political risk assessment mechanism with close contact with the host country and other investing countries.
