【摘要】：正國際輿論引導(dǎo)實(shí)質(zhì)是信息攻防戰(zhàn),是對(duì)重大輿情事件國際話語權(quán)的爭(zhēng)奪與國內(nèi)意識(shí)形態(tài)安全的鞏固。從某個(gè)特定角度而言,由于國際話語權(quán)大多數(shù)時(shí)候掌握在個(gè)別國家手中,國際輿論引導(dǎo)的過程往往不是理想化的協(xié)商交流與一廂情愿的求同存異,而是一場(chǎng)看不見硝煙的全球傳媒業(yè)的零和博弈和不同意識(shí)形態(tài)此消彼長的慘烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。
[Abstract]:The essence of the international public opinion guidance is the information attack and defense war, the scramble for the international discourse right of the major public opinion events and the consolidation of the domestic ideological security. From a particular point of view, because the international discourse power is mostly in the hands of individual countries, the process of guiding international public opinion is often not an idealized exchange of consultations and wishful thinking of seeking common ground while reserving differences. It's a zero-sum game of invisible global media and fierce competition between different ideologies.
