【摘要】：在敘利亞展開(kāi)反恐軍事行動(dòng),是普京在俄羅斯面臨內(nèi)外交困的復(fù)雜背景下作出的戰(zhàn)略決策。兩年來(lái)的反恐實(shí)踐,彰顯了普京這一決策的正確與遠(yuǎn)見(jiàn)。俄通過(guò)敘利亞反恐作戰(zhàn)行動(dòng),不僅充分展示了武器裝備效能與部隊(duì)的戰(zhàn)斗力,檢驗(yàn)了近年來(lái)軍隊(duì)建設(shè)與改革的成果,全面摔打錘煉了部隊(duì),還同美歐、中東國(guó)家展開(kāi)了一系列的外交互動(dòng),有斗爭(zhēng)也有合作。可以說(shuō),俄在敘利亞的反恐軍事行動(dòng)可圈可點(diǎn)。俄在輿論宣傳上也同樣表現(xiàn)精彩,主動(dòng)打了一場(chǎng)與軍事仗相得益彰的輿論宣傳仗,為軍事行動(dòng)提供了有力的輿論支撐與保障。兩年來(lái),俄在敘利亞采取的反恐軍事行動(dòng)不僅改寫(xiě)了國(guó)際反恐斗爭(zhēng)歷史,加快了"伊斯蘭國(guó)"瓦解進(jìn)程,而且還贏得了對(duì)西方斗爭(zhēng)的主動(dòng),大大提高了國(guó)際地位,改善了國(guó)際環(huán)境,維護(hù)了民族自尊,增強(qiáng)了民族自信,收到諸多政治紅利。
[Abstract]:The launch of a military campaign against terrorism in Syria is a strategic decision made by Putin in the complex background of Russian and foreign difficulties. The practice of counter-terrorism in the past two years has highlighted the correctness and foresight of Putin's decision. The Russian counter-terrorism campaign has not only fully demonstrated the effectiveness of weapons and equipment and the combat effectiveness of the troops, but also examined the near future. In recent years, the achievements of the army construction and reform, a comprehensive fall in the army, and the United States and Europe, the Middle East countries have launched a series of diplomatic interaction, there are also cooperation. In the past two years, the anti terrorist military action in Syria has not only rewritten the history of the international fight against terrorism, quickened the process of the disintegration of the "Islamic state", but also won the initiative for the struggle against the west, greatly improved the international status, improved the international environment and maintained the people. Ethnic pride has enhanced national self-confidence and received many political dividends.
