【摘要】：100年前爆發(fā)的第一次世界大戰(zhàn),被認為是一場崛起大國和守成大國的武力攤牌�；仡欉@場戰(zhàn)爭,對于我國正確認識和分析國際形勢、堅持走和平發(fā)展道路具有一定的啟示和借鑒意義。從哲學上看,和平發(fā)展要求對戰(zhàn)爭與和平的辯證關系有深入的理解,同時也要求國家正確選擇基本的發(fā)展道路。在此基礎上,后起大國必須妥善處理與其他大國的關系,特別是與霸權國的關系,同時控制好國內因素這一重要變量,從而具備對自身和平發(fā)展道路的把握能力。最后,有效的危機管理是防止大國競爭失控的"最后一道保險",堅持和平發(fā)展應積極探索管控危機的國際機制建設。
[Abstract]:World War I, which broke out 100 years ago, was seen as a showdown of rising and defending powers. Reviewing this war has certain enlightenment and reference significance for our country to correctly understand and analyze the international situation and insist on the path of peaceful development. From a philosophical point of view, peaceful development requires a deep understanding of the dialectical relationship between war and peace, as well as a correct choice of the country's basic path of development. On this basis, the later powers must properly deal with the relations with other powers, especially with the hegemonic powers, and control the important variable of domestic factors at the same time, so as to have the ability to grasp their own path of peaceful development. Finally, effective crisis management is the "last insurance" to prevent the big country competition from getting out of control, insisting that the peaceful development should actively explore the construction of the international mechanism to manage the crisis.
