【摘要】： 中美建交30多年來,兩國之間的關(guān)系在曲折中不斷向前發(fā)展。目前可以說是中美關(guān)系發(fā)展的最好時期。2009年奧巴馬當(dāng)選美國總統(tǒng)后,其本人和國務(wù)卿希拉里都反復(fù)強(qiáng)調(diào)中美關(guān)系是世界上最重要的雙邊關(guān)系,奧巴馬上任后不到一年就與胡錦濤主席進(jìn)行了3次會面,并于同年11月對中國進(jìn)行正式訪問。這是歷史上第一次美國總統(tǒng)在上任第一年即訪問中國,凸顯了現(xiàn)任美國政府對中國和中美關(guān)系前所未有的重視。中美關(guān)系總體來說是朝著一條健康的道路向前發(fā)展。但是,最近發(fā)生的奧巴馬會見達(dá)賴,對臺軍售以及輪胎特保案等一系列事件讓人們不禁對中美關(guān)系的前景甚為擔(dān)憂。有人擔(dān)心中美關(guān)系會走向新的低谷,甚至破裂。本文將從事實(shí)出發(fā),從國際格局、國家、個人層次分析中美關(guān)系的發(fā)展和走向并詳細(xì)分析中美合作的基礎(chǔ)—相互依存以及一些沖突發(fā)生的原因,最后展望奧巴馬當(dāng)政下的中美關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and the United States more than 30 years ago, the relations between China and the United States have been moving forward with twists and turns. This can be said to be the best time for the development of Sino-US relations. After Obama was elected President of the United States in 2009, he himself and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton repeatedly stressed that Sino-US relations are the most important bilateral relations in the world. Obama met with Hu Jintao chairman three times less than a year after taking office and made an official visit to China in November. It was the first time in history that a U.S. president had visited China in his first year in office, underscoring the unprecedented importance that the current administration attaches to China and its relations with the United States. Generally speaking, the relationship between China and the United States is moving forward on a healthy path. But recent events such as Obama's meeting with the Dalai Lama, arms sales to Taiwan and the tyre protection case have raised concerns about the prospects of Sino-US relations. There are fears that Sino-American relations will come to a new trough or even rupture. Based on the facts, this paper will analyze the development and trend of Sino-US relations at the international level, national and individual levels, and analyze in detail the basis of Sino-US cooperation-interdependence and the causes of some conflicts. Finally, look forward to the relationship between China and the United States under Obama's administration.
