【摘要】：中共十九大的召開(kāi),"習(xí)近平新時(shí)代"的開(kāi)始,"構(gòu)建新型國(guó)際關(guān)系"和"人類命運(yùn)共同體"新理念的提出,標(biāo)志著中國(guó)以一種新的充滿自信的領(lǐng)袖國(guó)家身份佇立在世界舞臺(tái)上,中國(guó)的公共外交也承擔(dān)起了更為重大的責(zé)任。這就是在直面西方中國(guó)政治敘事的同時(shí),加快構(gòu)建中國(guó)的中國(guó)敘事體系,并在中國(guó)特色大國(guó)外交與"不確定的世界"之間,在"構(gòu)建新型國(guó)際關(guān)系"和"人類命運(yùn)共同體"新理念與"冷戰(zhàn)思維"的兩種時(shí)代博弈中占據(jù)上風(fēng)。歸根結(jié)底,中國(guó)的公共外交需要向世界說(shuō)明中國(guó)是一個(gè)什么樣的國(guó)家。中國(guó)的開(kāi)放性、改革性、全球化、超大規(guī)模和社會(huì)主義特性決定了中國(guó)從"獨(dú)善其身"到"兼濟(jì)天下"的必然發(fā)展,也決定了中國(guó)引導(dǎo)世界走出"不確定"狀態(tài)的責(zé)任和動(dòng)力。
[Abstract]:The convening of 19th CPC National Congress, the beginning of "new era of Xi Jinping" and the new concept of "building new international relations" and "community of human destiny" symbolize that China stands on the world stage as a new and confident leader nation. China's public diplomacy has also assumed greater responsibility. This is to speed up the construction of China's narrative system while facing the political narration of the West, and between the diplomacy of the great powers with Chinese characteristics and the "uncertain world". In the game of "constructing new international relations" and "community of human destiny" and "cold war thinking", it has the upper hand. Ultimately, China's public diplomacy needs to show the world what kind of country it is. China's openness, reform, globalization, super-large scale and socialist characteristics determine the inevitable development of China from "being alone" to "simultaneously benefiting the world", and also determine China's responsibility and motive force to guide the world out of the state of "uncertainty".
