【摘要】：作為一種外交思想和行為模式,單邊主義一直貫穿于美國(guó)外交史中,只是在不同歷史時(shí)期所表現(xiàn)的形式與程度并不相同。后冷戰(zhàn)時(shí)期,美國(guó)對(duì)外政策中的單邊主義色彩愈加濃厚。在全球化的大背景下,各國(guó)之間的相互依賴日益加深,多邊合作參與全球治理已經(jīng)是大勢(shì)所趨。在這種背景下美國(guó)單邊主義抬頭,勢(shì)必會(huì)給全球治理帶來(lái)沖擊。
[Abstract]:As a kind of diplomatic thought and behavior mode, unilateralism has been running through the history of American diplomacy all the time, but in different historical periods, the forms and degrees of unilateralism are not the same. In the post-cold war period, the unilateralism in American foreign policy is becoming more and more intense. In the context of globalization, interdependence between countries is deepening, multilateral cooperation to participate in global governance is the general trend. In this context, the rise of US unilateralism is bound to impact global governance.
