【摘要】：隨著資本主義現(xiàn)代性的全球擴張,其固有弊端也在世界范圍暴露,造成"全球混沌"的局面。面對當(dāng)今復(fù)雜的全球問題與治理困境,習(xí)近平總書記提出并積極倡導(dǎo)構(gòu)建人類命運共同體的主張,為解決世界現(xiàn)代性問題提供中國智慧與方案。人類命運共同體以中國特色社會主義現(xiàn)代性的思想底蘊與實踐經(jīng)驗為理論基礎(chǔ),倡導(dǎo)在世界現(xiàn)代性的發(fā)展方式上堅持"以人類為本"、發(fā)展格局上堅持"和而不同"、發(fā)展目標(biāo)上堅持"共享共贏",在道路、理論與制度上實現(xiàn)了對資本主義現(xiàn)代性及其全球化的全面超越。目前,構(gòu)建人類命運共同體應(yīng)以民族國家自身的現(xiàn)代性發(fā)展為前提,以建設(shè)有利于世界現(xiàn)代性發(fā)展的國際新秩序為保障。
[Abstract]:With the global expansion of capitalist modernity, its inherent drawbacks are also exposed in the world, resulting in "global chaos". In the face of the complex global problems and the difficult situation of governance, General Secretary Xi Jinping has put forward and actively advocated the idea of building a community of human destiny, which provides Chinese wisdom and scheme for solving the problem of world modernity. The Community of Human Destiny is based on the thought and practical experience of the modernity of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Advocating "human-oriented" in the development mode of world modernity, "harmony but difference" in development pattern, "shared win-win" in development goal, and on the road. In theory and system, the modernity of capitalism and its globalization have been surmounted in an all-round way. At present, the construction of the community of human destiny should be based on the development of modernity of the nation state itself and on the construction of a new international order conducive to the development of the world's modernity.
