【摘要】：隨著全球反恐的不斷深入,恐怖組織的結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生了重大變化,網(wǎng)絡(luò)式組織結(jié)構(gòu)正逐漸替代階層式組織結(jié)構(gòu)成為恐怖分子生存和實(shí)施破壞的重要支撐。從社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的角度來研究恐怖分子的活動(dòng)、恐怖組織的結(jié)構(gòu)已越來越受人們重視。近年來,研究者們利用社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析方法對(duì)世界范圍內(nèi)發(fā)生的恐怖事件進(jìn)行了大量的研究,構(gòu)建了多個(gè)恐怖分子網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)圖。從“9·11”事件中的19名劫機(jī)者的關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖,到馬德里爆炸案中的恐怖分子網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖,再到基地組織結(jié)構(gòu)圖,這些研究有效的揭示了恐怖組織的結(jié)構(gòu)特征,對(duì)人們了解恐怖組織的形成、生存、活動(dòng)提供了極大的幫助。 本文正是從社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析的角度,對(duì)恐怖分子網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型的構(gòu)建,從一元網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型到多元網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型,逐次進(jìn)行了探討。并對(duì)社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)研究中經(jīng)常遇見的數(shù)據(jù)缺失問題進(jìn)行了推斷假設(shè),對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了完善。最后,對(duì)發(fā)生在新疆的相關(guān)恐怖事件進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究,構(gòu)建了恐怖分子網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型,并對(duì)模型進(jìn)行了分析驗(yàn)證,揭示了恐怖分子網(wǎng)絡(luò)的特征。期望對(duì)有效反恐提供幫助。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of global anti-terrorism, the structure of terrorist organizations has undergone significant changes. The network organizational structure is gradually replacing the hierarchical organizational structure to become an important support for the survival and destruction of terrorists. From the point of view of social network, the structure of terrorist organizations has been paid more and more attention. In recent years, researchers have made a great deal of research on terrorist events in the world by using social network analysis method, and constructed a number of terrorist network structure maps. From the relationship network of the 19 hijackers in the September 11 incident to the terrorist network in the Madrid bombings, to the Al-Qaida chart, these studies have effectively revealed the structural characteristics of the terrorist organization. For people to understand the formation of terrorist organizations, survival, activities to provide a great help. From the point of view of social network analysis, this paper discusses the construction of terrorist network model from one element network model to multiple network model one by one. The data missing problem in social network research is inferred, and the network data is perfected. Finally, the related terrorist events in Xinjiang are empirically studied, and the terrorist network model is constructed, and the model is analyzed and verified to reveal the characteristics of the terrorist network. It is expected to help counter-terrorism effectively.
