【摘要】：2013年11月底以來,烏克蘭危機不斷發(fā)酵,此次危機雖然為當前默克爾領(lǐng)導下的大聯(lián)合政府推行積極有為的外交政策開啟了有利的"時機之窗",但它也是這一政策能否取得成功的"試金石"。文章首先分三個階段梳理了德國在危機應(yīng)對中的表現(xiàn),指出德國在此次危機中積極斡旋,甚至扮演了某種領(lǐng)導角色。其后,分析了德國外交在烏克蘭危機應(yīng)對中得以積極有為的國際雙邊關(guān)系層面、歐盟層面以及德國國內(nèi)層面的影響因素,最后指出了德國外交政策調(diào)整依然面臨的諸多挑戰(zhàn)。
[Abstract]:Since the end of November 2013, the crisis in Ukraine has been simmering. While the crisis has opened a "window of opportunity" for the current grand coalition under Merkel to pursue an active foreign policy, it is also a litmus test of the success of such a policy. This paper first analyzes the performance of Germany in crisis response in three stages, and points out that Germany has played a leading role in the crisis. After that, the paper analyzes the influence factors of German diplomacy in the international bilateral relations, the European Union and Germany's domestic level, and points out many challenges that Germany's foreign policy adjustment still faces.
