【摘要】：2008年全球金融危機(jī)的發(fā)生影響了國際力量的分布,使得關(guān)于世界格局的議題成為國際政治研究的焦點(diǎn),并由此形成了六種世界格局學(xué)說。"單極"說強(qiáng)調(diào)美國霸權(quán)的自我調(diào)適能力和獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢,認(rèn)為美國仍是世界格局的主導(dǎo)者;"一超多強(qiáng)"說和"多強(qiáng)一超"說均強(qiáng)調(diào)美國的相對優(yōu)勢和其他強(qiáng)國實(shí)力不斷增強(qiáng)兩類因素的交互作用,認(rèn)為它們共同塑造了世界格局,而對兩類因素影響力優(yōu)先次序的不同判斷,構(gòu)成兩種學(xué)說的區(qū)別;"多極化格局"說和"多極格局"說都強(qiáng)調(diào)國際力量分布的相對均衡,但前者將這種均衡理解為一種動態(tài)趨勢,后者則視其為當(dāng)今世界的現(xiàn)實(shí)狀態(tài);"無極說"強(qiáng)調(diào)國際力量的分散化特征,體現(xiàn)了對"極"化世界格局觀的反思。六種學(xué)說從不同視角對全球金融危機(jī)后的世界格局作出闡釋,但在研究視角、認(rèn)知框架、對權(quán)力內(nèi)涵理解、對新的體系因素帶來影響的預(yù)估等方面仍然存在不足,有待學(xué)者進(jìn)一步的研究。
[Abstract]:The global financial crisis of 2008 affected the distribution of international power, making the issue of the world pattern the focus of international political research, and thus forming six theories of the world pattern. " The "unipolar" theory emphasizes the self-adjustment ability and unique advantages of US hegemony. Holding that the United States is still the dominant player in the world pattern, and that the theories of "one super, more powerful" and "more powerful and one super" both emphasize the interaction of the two kinds of factors, namely, the comparative advantage of the United States and the increasing strength of other powerful countries, and believe that they have jointly shaped the world pattern, The difference in the order of influence priorities between the two types of factors constitutes the difference between the two theories. Both the "multipolar pattern" theory and the "multipolar pattern" theory emphasize the relative equilibrium of the distribution of international power, but the former regards this equilibrium as a dynamic trend. The latter regards it as the realistic state of the present world, and "Wuji Theory" emphasizes the characteristics of the decentralization of international power, which reflects the reflection on the view of the world pattern of "polarity". The six theories explain the world pattern after the global financial crisis from different perspectives, but there are still deficiencies in the research perspective, cognitive framework, understanding of the connotation of power, and the prediction of the influence of the new system factors. Further research is needed.
