【摘要】：正西方民主政治經(jīng)驗(yàn)既有用也沒用,關(guān)鍵看怎么用,用好了是良藥,用壞了是毒藥。2011年中東北非發(fā)生的政治動(dòng)蕩,曾被西方媒體稱為"阿拉伯之春",埃及、突尼斯、利比亞都曾快速落實(shí)西方民主政治制度。目前,埃及已經(jīng)重新回到軍事專制時(shí)代,突尼斯處在政治大動(dòng)蕩的前夜,利比亞陷入地方武裝、部落割據(jù)之中。"阿拉伯之春"峰回路轉(zhuǎn)的曲折歷程再度引起人們對(duì)西方意識(shí)形態(tài)的大討論,其實(shí)"阿拉伯之春"本身并不能證明西方意識(shí)形態(tài)的優(yōu)劣,只能說明阿拉伯人民、政黨、政府的認(rèn)識(shí)能力和實(shí)踐能力。"阿拉伯之春"的大起大落:民主的貴重品、易碎品特征
[Abstract]:The experience of democratic politics in the West is both useful and useless. The key is how to use it. It is a good medicine, and a bad one is a poison.
