【摘要】：中國與周邊國家的合作是中國對(duì)外關(guān)系中的重中之重,關(guān)系到能否為中國進(jìn)一步崛起創(chuàng)造一個(gè)和平、穩(wěn)定、和諧的周邊安全環(huán)境。幾十年來,中國提出了很多關(guān)于周邊合作的理念,為中國的周邊合作實(shí)踐和亞洲的和平穩(wěn)定與繁榮發(fā)揮了重要的指導(dǎo)作用。這些中國應(yīng)該堅(jiān)定奉行的理念,既有比較成熟的、已經(jīng)顯示其強(qiáng)大生命力的,也有正在形成、處于完善過程當(dāng)中的。作為懷有偉大抱負(fù)的中國來說,這些理念都是應(yīng)該具有的基本品質(zhì)和屬性。
[Abstract]:The cooperation between China and the neighboring countries is the most important part of China's foreign relations, which is related to whether it can create a peaceful, stable and harmonious peripheral security environment for the further rise of China. Over the past decades, China has put forward many ideas on cooperation with its neighbors, which has played an important guiding role in China's practice of cooperation with its neighbors and in peace, stability and prosperity in Asia. These ideas that China should firmly pursue include those that are relatively mature, have shown their strong vitality, and are forming and in the process of being perfected. As a China with great ambitions, these ideas are essential qualities and attributes.
