【摘要】：國(guó)際秩序是奧巴馬政府著力倡導(dǎo)的重構(gòu)美國(guó)世界領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的對(duì)外大戰(zhàn)略。這種大戰(zhàn)略思想秉承了威爾遜自由國(guó)際主義的思想理念,強(qiáng)調(diào)規(guī)則在國(guó)際秩序中的突出作用。奧巴馬政府國(guó)際秩序大戰(zhàn)略思想的外交遺產(chǎn)主要體現(xiàn)在三方面:第一,奧巴馬政府國(guó)際秩序大戰(zhàn)略拓展與深化了美國(guó)對(duì)國(guó)家利益的認(rèn)識(shí)。第二,奧巴馬政府國(guó)際秩序大戰(zhàn)略指明了后奧巴馬時(shí)代美國(guó)通過(guò)掌控規(guī)則話語(yǔ)權(quán)從而更好地實(shí)現(xiàn)世界領(lǐng)導(dǎo)權(quán)的大方向,這種大戰(zhàn)略思路可能會(huì)在未來(lái)的民主黨政府身上體現(xiàn)得尤為明顯。第三,奧巴馬政府國(guó)際秩序大戰(zhàn)略在實(shí)踐中存在的缺陷為后奧巴馬時(shí)代的共和黨政府通過(guò)強(qiáng)調(diào)權(quán)力秩序觀而更好地發(fā)揮美國(guó)的全球領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力指明了方向。
[Abstract]:The international order is an external strategy advocated by the Obama administration to restructure American world leadership. This grand strategic thought inherited Wilson's liberal internationalism and emphasized the prominent role of rules in the international order. The diplomatic legacy of Obama administration's grand strategy of international order is mainly embodied in three aspects: first, the Obama administration's grand strategy of international order expands and deepens the understanding of the national interests of the United States. Second, the Obama administration's grand strategy for the international order has pointed out the general direction of the post-Obama era for the United States to better achieve world leadership by controlling the rule of speech. This big strategy is likely to be particularly evident in the future Democratic administration. Third, the shortcomings in the practice of the Obama administration's grand strategy of international order point out the direction of the post-Obama Republican administration by emphasizing the view of power order and exerting the global leadership of the United States better.
