【摘要】：巴爾干地區(qū)一直是歐洲戰(zhàn)爭最頻繁的地區(qū),被稱之為歐洲的“火藥桶”。這里是歐洲最復(fù)雜的地緣政治地區(qū),區(qū)域內(nèi)部的民族矛盾和世界大國的插手干預(yù)是導(dǎo)致巴爾干地區(qū)形勢長期動蕩的兩大因素,巴爾干半島位于亞洲、歐洲和非洲三大洲的交界地帶,周圍有地中海、愛琴海和黑海,是溝通亞、歐、非三大洲的交通要沖,戰(zhàn)略位置十分重要,歷來是兵家的必爭之地。由此可見,巴爾干地區(qū)險要的地勢、豐富的資源和戰(zhàn)略位置的特殊性是其吸引大國眼球、引發(fā)列強介入該地區(qū)事物的自然因素。另外,從民族構(gòu)成來看,巴爾干地區(qū)民族眾多,各個族群宗教信仰各異,不同的民族文化、宗教信仰和生活習慣導(dǎo)致巴爾干地區(qū)各民族之間摩擦不斷。本文以科索沃獨立為例,對巴爾干地區(qū)的歷史及現(xiàn)狀加以分析,從地緣政治戰(zhàn)略、宗教因素、國家利益和國家安全方面分析科索沃問題背后的大國之間即以美國為首的北約、歐盟及俄羅斯對這一地區(qū)利益博弈。 本論文分為三個大部分。第一部分闡述了巴爾干地區(qū)的歷史狀況及大國影響下這一地區(qū)的內(nèi)部矛盾紛爭,其中分析巴爾干地區(qū)的歷史演變可以為美俄歐對這一地區(qū)爭奪的原因提供一些的重要素材,也是本文寫作的一個關(guān)鍵所在。第二部分本人圍繞科索沃獨立分析美俄歐分別在巴爾干地區(qū)影響的政策演化過程及三方在此地區(qū)不同時期所表現(xiàn)出的矛盾及影響力。第三部分,針對科索沃獨立這一事實所造成的影響包括巴爾干地區(qū)和國際方面的影響進行分析。最后結(jié)論總結(jié)三點:第一,科索沃獨立后,發(fā)展前景并不樂觀;第二,由美俄歐在巴爾干地區(qū)影響對美俄歐在巴爾干地區(qū)的未來作用進行預(yù)測;第三,對巴干地區(qū)的前景做了一下分析和預(yù)測。
[Abstract]:The Balkans, known as the "powder keg" of Europe, have been the most frequent areas of war in Europe. This is the most complex geopolitical region in Europe. Ethnic contradictions within the region and the intervention of world powers are two major factors leading to long-term instability in the Balkan region. The Balkans are located in Asia. The border area between Europe and Africa, surrounded by the Mediterranean Sea, Aegean Sea and Black Sea, is the key point of communication between Asia, Europe and Africa. The strategic position is very important. It can be seen that the narrow terrain, rich resources and the particularity of strategic position in the Balkan region are the natural factors that attract the attention of the great powers and cause the great powers to intervene in the things in the region. In addition, in terms of ethnic composition, there are many ethnic groups in the Balkans, different ethnic groups have different religious beliefs, different ethnic cultures, religious beliefs and habits of life lead to constant friction among the ethnic groups in the Balkan region. Taking Kosovo's independence as an example, this paper analyzes the history and present situation of the Balkan region, analyzes the major powers behind the Kosovo issue, namely, the U.S.-led NATO, from the aspects of geopolitical strategy, religious factors, national interests and national security. The European Union and Russia play a game of interest in the region. This paper is divided into three parts. The first part expounds the historical situation of the Balkan region and the internal contradictions and disputes in this region under the influence of the great powers, in which the analysis of the historical evolution of the Balkan region can provide some important materials for the reasons for the US, Russia and Europe to fight for this region. It is also a key point in this paper. The second part focuses on the independent analysis of the policy evolution process of the American, Russian and European influence in the Balkan region and the contradiction and influence of the three parties in different periods in this region. The third part analyzes the impact of the fact that Kosovo is independent, including the Balkan and international aspects. The last conclusion concludes three points: first, after Kosovo's independence, the development prospects are not optimistic; secondly, the future role of the United States, Russia and Europe in the Balkans is predicted by the influence of the United States, Russia and Europe in the Balkans; third, the future role of the United States, Russia and Europe in the Balkans is predicted. The prospect of Badan area is analyzed and forecasted.
