【摘要】：本文以2001年美國(guó)入駐樟宜海軍基地為切入點(diǎn),通過(guò)概述冷戰(zhàn)以后美國(guó)進(jìn)入馬六甲的現(xiàn)實(shí)必要性及兩國(guó)的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、軍事戰(zhàn)略互動(dòng),分析美國(guó)入駐樟宜的戰(zhàn)略考量和得以進(jìn)駐的可行性,由此總結(jié)得出美國(guó)通過(guò)對(duì)新加坡的政策所獲得的戰(zhàn)略利益和經(jīng)濟(jì)收益。 文章分序言、正文和結(jié)語(yǔ)三個(gè)部分。序言主要介紹了選題的意義和目的,文獻(xiàn)綜述、研究方法和論文結(jié)構(gòu)。正文分為三章:第一章主要是分析美國(guó)在新加坡采取的戰(zhàn)略行為舉動(dòng)的表現(xiàn)以及由此而分析總結(jié)得出的美對(duì)新加坡政策的新特點(diǎn);第二章主要分析離岸平衡戰(zhàn)略對(duì)于美國(guó)的戰(zhàn)略引導(dǎo),分析美國(guó)采取以上戰(zhàn)略舉動(dòng)究竟能給美國(guó)帶來(lái)多大的戰(zhàn)略價(jià)值,由此深入分析美國(guó)采取以上戰(zhàn)略舉動(dòng)的內(nèi)在邏輯,美國(guó)進(jìn)駐馬六甲海峽的行動(dòng)具有美國(guó)追尋東亞政策站點(diǎn)和深化亞太戰(zhàn)略的雙重意義。以上兩章概括總結(jié)了美國(guó)入駐新加坡的戰(zhàn)略必要性,而第三章筆者分析了美國(guó)得以應(yīng)邀入駐樟宜海軍基地的戰(zhàn)略可行性。這具體包含新加坡所面臨的生存脆弱性,新加坡長(zhǎng)期奉行的外交傳統(tǒng)以及新加坡具體說(shuō)是李光耀懷有的一種美國(guó)“善霸”觀。 最終結(jié)語(yǔ)部分給予全文總結(jié):美國(guó)通過(guò)與新加坡的政治經(jīng)貿(mào)往來(lái)深化了其亞太戰(zhàn)略,取得了戰(zhàn)略主動(dòng),而對(duì)于美新兩國(guó)而言,兩國(guó)相得益彰,實(shí)現(xiàn)互利雙贏,同時(shí)中國(guó)應(yīng)該注意到兩國(guó)戰(zhàn)略互動(dòng)對(duì)于中國(guó)自身的宏觀戰(zhàn)略影響,并及時(shí)制定應(yīng)對(duì)舉措。
[Abstract]:Based on the entry of the United States into Changi Naval Base in 2001, this paper summarizes the realistic necessity of the United States entering Malacca after the Cold War and the political, economic and military strategic interaction between the two countries. Based on the analysis of the strategic considerations and the feasibility of the United States' entry into Changi, the strategic and economic benefits obtained by the United States through its policy towards Singapore are summarized. The article is divided into three parts: preface, text and conclusion. The preface mainly introduces the significance and purpose of the topic, literature review, research methods and the structure of the paper. The text is divided into three chapters: the first chapter mainly analyzes the performance of the strategic behavior of the United States in Singapore and the new characteristics of the United States' policy towards Singapore; The second chapter mainly analyzes the strategic guidance of the offshore balance strategy to the United States, analyzes how much strategic value the United States can bring to the United States by taking the above strategic actions, and thus deeply analyzes the inherent logic of the United States taking these strategic actions. American action in the Straits of Malacca has the dual significance of pursuing the East Asia Policy site and deepening the Asia-Pacific Strategy. The above two chapters summarize the strategic necessity for the United States to enter Singapore, while the third chapter analyzes the strategic feasibility of the United States being invited to the Changi Naval Base. This includes the fragility of Singapore's survival, Singapore's long tradition of diplomacy, and Singapore's view of American "good hegemony" that Li Guangyao embraces. The final conclusion summarizes the full text: the United States has deepened its Asia-Pacific strategy through its political and economic and trade contacts with Singapore, and achieved strategic initiative. For the United States and Singapore, the two countries complement each other and achieve a win-win situation. At the same time, China should pay attention to the strategic interaction between the two countries on its own macro strategic impact, and formulate timely response measures.
