【摘要】：南極地區(qū)關涉澳大利亞的國家利益,深刻影響著澳大利亞的國家認同。澳大利亞的南極戰(zhàn)略目標在于提升其在南極地區(qū)事務中的領導力,強化其在南極地區(qū)的存在。為實現(xiàn)這一目標,澳大利亞巧妙利用國際法規(guī)則實現(xiàn)自身訴求,并積極推進在南極科學考察、后勤保障能力建設等領域的國家行動與國際合作。澳大利亞在南極地區(qū)尋求國際合作為中國攜手澳大利亞參與南極地區(qū)事務提供了契機。"一帶一路"倡議、中澳南極對話為兩國南極合作奠定了堅實的政治基礎。
[Abstract]:The Antarctic region is concerned with Australia's national interests and has a profound impact on Australia's national identity. Australia's Antarctic strategy aims to enhance its leadership in Antarctic affairs and strengthen its presence in the Antarctic. In order to achieve this goal, Australia cleverly utilizes the rules of international law to realize its own demands, and actively promotes national action and international cooperation in the fields of Antarctic scientific exploration, logistics support capacity building and so on. Australia's search for international cooperation in the Antarctic provides an opportunity for China to join Australia in Antarctic affairs. " The Belt and Road initiative, the Sino-Australian Antarctic Dialogue has laid a solid political foundation for Antarctic cooperation between the two countries.
