【摘要】：公共外交作為國家軟實力提升的重要路徑，是政界和學界關注的熱點議題之一。學者們普遍認識到公共外交對國家形象和雙邊關系的重要性。作為世界上最重要的雙邊關系之一，特別是隨著中國綜合國力的提高，中美關系的發(fā)展變化很可能決定著世界的未來走向。但由于文化、政治和歷史原因，中美之間存在著很多分歧，美國國內(nèi)對于中國有很多誤解和偏見。這就需要中國開展對美公共外交，向美國社會展現(xiàn)一個客觀真實的中國，爭取美國民意的支持，使美國的外交政策向著有利于中美關系穩(wěn)定發(fā)展的方向傾斜，最終實現(xiàn)和維護中國最大化的國家利益。本文旨在公共外交概念框架下，通過分析21世紀初中國對美公共外交的實踐，探討中國對美公共外交的主要動因，進而對中國對美公共外交的成效與實踐中存在的問題作一簡單評析，最后著重對中國對美公共外交未來的發(fā)展路徑與核心領域提出初步的建議。
[Abstract]:Public diplomacy, as an important way to enhance national soft power, is one of the hot topics in political and academic circles. Scholars generally recognize the importance of public diplomacy to national image and bilateral relations. As one of the most important bilateral relations in the world, especially with the improvement of China's comprehensive national strength, the development and changes of Sino-US relations are likely to determine the future trend of the world. However, due to cultural, political and historical reasons, there are many differences between China and the United States, and there are many misunderstandings and prejudices about China in the United States. This requires China to carry out public diplomacy with the United States, to present an objective and real China to the American society, to win the support of the public opinion of the United States, and to make the foreign policy of the United States inclined in a direction conducive to the stable development of Sino-US relations. The ultimate realization and protection of China's maximum national interests. This paper aims to explore the main causes of China's public diplomacy to the United States by analyzing the practice of China's public diplomacy to the United States at the beginning of the 21st century under the framework of the concept of public diplomacy. Then it makes a simple evaluation of the effectiveness and problems in the practice of China's public diplomacy to the United States, and finally puts forward some preliminary suggestions on the future development path and core areas of China's public diplomacy to the United States.
