【摘要】：中國和德國是亞洲和歐洲的兩個大國,雖然地理上相距甚遠(yuǎn),兩者的關(guān)系卻有著一段悠久的歷史,最早可以追溯到13世紀(jì)30年代中國的元代。近代以來中德關(guān)系在發(fā)展的過程中有合作,也有敵對。而20世紀(jì)30年代的中德關(guān)系在中德關(guān)系發(fā)展的長河中最具有代表性,在短短的十年里,關(guān)系一波三折,合作與敵對關(guān)系交織,經(jīng)歷了從友好發(fā)展到斷交。本文把這十年分為兩個階段,第一階段：20世紀(jì)30年代初到1937年,一戰(zhàn)后中德開始積極尋求復(fù)交,慢慢恢復(fù)友好關(guān)系,并在1933年希特勒上臺后,基于他的擴(kuò)軍備戰(zhàn)的需要,急需中國的原料,更進(jìn)一步發(fā)展與中國的友好關(guān)系,于是中德關(guān)系發(fā)展到頂峰階段進(jìn)入蜜月期；第二階段：1938年至20世紀(jì)30年代末,1937年抗日戰(zhàn)爭爆發(fā),中國與日本的矛盾激化,德國為了與日本結(jié)盟,相繼承認(rèn)偽“滿洲國”和汪偽政權(quán),放棄與中國的關(guān)系,中國被迫與德國斷交。筆者分別從政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、軍事四個方面來論述這兩個階段里中德關(guān)系的表現(xiàn)狀態(tài)并分析出兩者關(guān)系發(fā)生變化的原因,最后闡述從多變的中德關(guān)系中得出的啟示,對現(xiàn)代中國處理對外關(guān)系提供借鑒和經(jīng)驗。
[Abstract]:China and Germany are two great powers in Asia and Europe, although geographically far apart, the relationship between them has a long history, which can be traced back to the Yuan Dynasty of China in the 1330s. Since modern times, there has been cooperation and hostility in the development of Sino-German relations. The relations between China and Germany in the 1930s were the most representative in the long river of the development of Sino-German relations. In a short period of ten years, the relations were twists and turns, cooperation and hostile relations intertwined, and experienced from friendly development to disconnection. This paper divides this decade into two stages: the first stage: from the early 1930s to 1937, after World War I, China and Germany began to actively seek to resume diplomatic ties, slowly restore friendly relations, and after Hitler came to power in 1933, based on the needs of his military expansion, In urgent need of Chinese raw materials to further develop friendly relations with China, Sino-German relations developed to the peak stage and entered the honeymoon period; the second stage: from 1938 to the end of the 1930s, the Sino-Japanese War broke out in 1937, and the contradiction between China and Japan intensified. In order to form an alliance with Japan, Germany successively recognized the puppet "Manchukuo" and the puppet regime Wang, giving up its relations with China, and China was forced to break off diplomatic relations with Germany. The author discusses the performance state of Sino-German relations in these two stages from the political, economic, cultural and military aspects, and analyzes the reasons for the changes of the two relations. Finally, the author expounds the enlightenment from the changing Sino-German relations. To provide reference and experience for modern China in dealing with foreign relations.
