【摘要】：2016年,印美兩國就簽署《后勤保障協(xié)議》達(dá)成一致,從而克服了制約兩國技術(shù)交流及防務(wù)產(chǎn)品采購中的一大難題。莫迪執(zhí)政以來,印美在妨礙雙方安全合作的諸多問題和領(lǐng)域取得一系列突破,使得兩國安全關(guān)系更加緊密。有鑒于此,本文嘗試從兩國在后勤保障協(xié)議上的博弈和突破入手,透視兩國安全合作上已經(jīng)取得的進(jìn)展,分析未來安全合作的前景及面臨的制約。
[Abstract]:In 2016, India and the United States reached an agreement on the signing of the Logistics Agreement, thus overcoming a major difficulty in restricting the exchange of technology and procurement of defense products between the two countries. Since Modi took office, India and the United States have made a series of breakthroughs in many issues and areas that hinder bilateral security cooperation, making the security relations between the two countries even closer. In view of this, this paper attempts to start with the game and breakthrough of the logistic support agreement between the two countries, to analyze the progress made in the security cooperation between the two countries, and to analyze the prospect and constraints of the security cooperation in the future.
