【摘要】： 鄧小平外交戰(zhàn)略思想是鄧小平理論極其重要的組成部分,是馬克思主義同時(shí)代特征和當(dāng)代中國外交實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的產(chǎn)物,是新時(shí)期以來我國制定外交政策和進(jìn)行外交實(shí)踐活動的根本性指南,是中國共產(chǎn)黨最可寶貴的理論和精神財(cái)富。鄧小平外交戰(zhàn)略思想引導(dǎo)我國從一個(gè)封閉半封閉的國家迅速走向全方位對外開放,又在全方位開放的條件下成功地解決了許多過去無法解決的外交難題,不僅顯示鄧小平同志卓越的外交才能,而且使馬克思主義外交理論發(fā)展到了一個(gè)新階段。認(rèn)真而深入地研究鄧小平新時(shí)期外交戰(zhàn)略思想,是形勢發(fā)展的需要,是進(jìn)一步做好外交工作的需要,對于全面而準(zhǔn)確理解鄧小平理論、正確處理我國發(fā)展中各種復(fù)雜的國際國內(nèi)問題,具有十分重大的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和歷史意義。 本文遵循鄧小平同志觀察和思考國際問題與中國外交問題的基本思路,對鄧小平新時(shí)期外交戰(zhàn)略思想的形成過程進(jìn)行了全面系統(tǒng)的梳理,深入分析了鄧小平新時(shí)期外交戰(zhàn)略思想形成的歷史背景,全面闡述了鄧小平新時(shí)期外交戰(zhàn)略思想的科學(xué)內(nèi)涵,并運(yùn)用歷史的、辨證的方法分析了鄧小平新時(shí)期外交戰(zhàn)略思想的鮮明時(shí)代特征。文章共有四大部分。第一部分,介紹了鄧小平新時(shí)期外交戰(zhàn)略思想形成的歷史背景,著力從作為外部條件的政治格局多極化、國際經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展全球化和作為內(nèi)在根據(jù)的中國特色社會主義建設(shè)事業(yè)的進(jìn)程這兩方面著手,凸現(xiàn)和闡述新時(shí)期外交戰(zhàn)略必須應(yīng)對的挑戰(zhàn)。第二部分,回顧了鄧小平外交戰(zhàn)略思想的形成發(fā)展過程,按照時(shí)間先后順序,將其形成發(fā)展過程分為初步形成、正式形成和豐富完善三個(gè)階段,系統(tǒng)梳理了鄧小平外交戰(zhàn)略思想演變發(fā)展的具體軌跡。第三部分,鄧小平新時(shí)期外交戰(zhàn)略思想的科學(xué)內(nèi)涵,用分析歸納的方法,具體闡述鄧小平新時(shí)期外交戰(zhàn)略思想的理論依據(jù)、戰(zhàn)略依據(jù)、根本核心、根本原則、基本綱領(lǐng),成為全文立論的重要部分。第四部分,鄧小平新時(shí)期外交戰(zhàn)略思想的基本特征,聯(lián)系新時(shí)期特定的時(shí)代特點(diǎn),具體分析了鄧小平外交理論鮮明的時(shí)代色彩和獨(dú)有的個(gè)性特征。
[Abstract]:Deng Xiaoping's diplomatic strategic thought is an extremely important part of Deng Xiaoping's theory and a product of the combination of the contemporary characteristics of Marxism and the diplomatic practice of contemporary China. It is a fundamental guide for China to formulate foreign policy and conduct diplomatic practice since the new period, and is the most valuable theoretical and spiritual wealth of the Communist Party of China. Deng Xiaoping's diplomatic strategic thinking led China to move rapidly from a closed and semi-closed country to all-round opening to the outside world, and successfully solved many difficult diplomatic problems that could not be solved in the past under the condition of all-round opening up. It not only shows Comrade Deng Xiaoping's outstanding diplomatic ability, but also makes Marxist diplomatic theory develop to a new stage. It is the need of the development of the situation and the need to further do the diplomatic work to study Deng Xiaoping's diplomatic strategic thoughts in the new period, so as to fully and accurately understand Deng Xiaoping's theory. It is of great practical and historical significance to correctly deal with various complicated international and domestic problems in China's development. Following Comrade Deng Xiaoping's basic thinking of observing and thinking about international issues and China's diplomatic problems, this paper makes a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the forming process of Deng Xiaoping's diplomatic strategic thinking in the new period. This paper deeply analyzes the historical background of the formation of Deng Xiaoping's diplomatic strategic thought in the new period, and comprehensively expounds the scientific connotation of the diplomatic strategic thought in the new period, and makes use of historical, The dialectical method analyzes the distinct characteristics of Deng Xiaoping's diplomatic strategy in the new period. There are four parts in this paper. The first part introduces the historical background of the formation of Deng Xiaoping's diplomatic strategic thought in the new period, and focuses on the multipolarization of the political pattern as an external condition. The globalization of international economic development and the process of building socialism with Chinese characteristics, which are the internal basis, highlight and expound the challenges that must be met in the diplomatic strategy of the new period. The second part reviews the forming and developing process of Deng Xiaoping's diplomatic strategic thought. According to the order of time, the formation and development process is divided into three stages: preliminary formation, formal formation and enrichment and perfection. This paper systematically combs the specific track of the evolution of Deng Xiaoping's diplomatic strategic thought. The third part, the scientific connotation of Deng Xiaoping's diplomatic strategic thought in the new period, with the method of analysis and induction, expounds the theoretical basis, the strategic basis, the fundamental core, the fundamental principle and the basic program of the diplomatic strategy thought in the new period. To become an important part of the full text of the argument. The fourth part, the basic characteristics of Deng Xiaoping's diplomatic strategic thought in the new period, in light of the specific characteristics of the new era, concretely analyzes the distinctive epoch color and unique personality characteristics of the diplomatic theory of Deng Xiaoping.
