【摘要】：2017年是聯(lián)合國第181(Ⅱ)號巴勒斯坦分治決議出臺70周年,該決議規(guī)定的"以色列國"已成立69年,"阿拉伯國"即后來的巴勒斯坦國卻遲遲沒有實現(xiàn)獨立。導(dǎo)致巴勒斯坦獨立建國目標(biāo)長期不能達(dá)成的內(nèi)外因素非常多,且復(fù)雜。從外部因素看,后殖民時代巴勒斯坦獨立建國政治認(rèn)同的缺失、阿拉伯民族主義力量的內(nèi)部競爭與鉗制、大國的介入與干預(yù)、政治伊斯蘭因素的影響、伊朗伊斯蘭革命的沖擊以及宗派與地緣政治的分野,構(gòu)成巴勒斯坦人始終難以自決政治前途和民族命運的障礙。從歷史經(jīng)驗看,實現(xiàn)建立完全主權(quán)的獨立的巴勒斯坦國目標(biāo),與其說依賴外部力量的支持,不如說取決于巴勒斯坦內(nèi)部能否實現(xiàn)團(tuán)結(jié),獨立自主做出歷史抉擇,并勇敢地爭取與以色列實現(xiàn)公正和持久和平。
[Abstract]:2017 marks the 70th anniversary of United Nations resolution 181 (II), which provides for a "state of Israel" for 69 years, while the Arab state, the later Palestinian state, has been slow to achieve independence. There are many internal and external factors that lead to the long-term failure to achieve the goal of an independent Palestinian state. In terms of external factors, the lack of political identity of Palestinian independent statehood in the post-colonial era, the internal competition and restraint of Arab nationalist forces, the intervention and intervention of great powers, and the influence of political and Islamic factors, The impact of the Islamic Revolution in Iran and the division between sects and geopolitics constitute obstacles to the Palestinian people's political future and national destiny. From the historical experience, the realization of the goal of establishing an independent Palestinian State with full sovereignty depends not so much on the support of external forces, but on the ability to achieve unity within Palestine and to make historical decisions on its own. And bravely striving for a just and lasting peace with Israel.
