【摘要】：國(guó)家形象是國(guó)家最重要的無(wú)形資產(chǎn),其塑造的成功與否直接影響國(guó)家對(duì)外政策的執(zhí)行和國(guó)家利益的得失。全球化時(shí)代,國(guó)家形象的戰(zhàn)略地位越來(lái)越受到世界各國(guó)的高度重視。面對(duì)崛起這一新的歷史背景,我們必須對(duì)國(guó)家形象的塑造進(jìn)行全方位的研究,充分發(fā)揮其對(duì)大國(guó)成長(zhǎng)的重要作用。本文嘗試從主流建構(gòu)主義理論的視角出發(fā),結(jié)合傳播學(xué)理論的相關(guān)論述,對(duì)國(guó)家形象進(jìn)行全面剖析,從內(nèi)涵和構(gòu)成入手,結(jié)合自身和其他典型國(guó)家的發(fā)展史,找出當(dāng)前“中國(guó)威脅形象”產(chǎn)生的原因,最終開(kāi)辟出形象塑造的新路徑。 國(guó)家形象的研究在中國(guó)是一個(gè)新興的課題,從國(guó)際關(guān)系角度剖析國(guó)家形象的構(gòu)建,更是一個(gè)嶄新的領(lǐng)域。目前國(guó)內(nèi)關(guān)于國(guó)家形象的研究大多是從傳播學(xué)的角度出發(fā),而從國(guó)際關(guān)系相關(guān)理論入手進(jìn)行的研究探索還很少,處于起步階段。因此,本課題研究具有現(xiàn)實(shí)的迫切性和重大理論意義。 根據(jù)所選課題內(nèi)容,結(jié)合現(xiàn)有研究條件,筆者以建構(gòu)主義的國(guó)際政治社會(huì)學(xué)為主要理論依據(jù),輔以現(xiàn)實(shí)主義,同時(shí)借鑒社會(huì)學(xué)、文化學(xué)、傳播學(xué)等學(xué)科的研究成果,將理論分析與實(shí)證分析密切結(jié)合,增強(qiáng)了課題的現(xiàn)實(shí)針對(duì)性和可操作性。除導(dǎo)論和結(jié)語(yǔ)外,本文的主體由四部分組成,框架如下：第一部分,從與國(guó)家形象相關(guān)的理論入手,界定國(guó)家形象的內(nèi)涵,歸納其作用及影響要素,為下文找尋國(guó)家形象的塑造手段及途徑提供理論分析基礎(chǔ)。第二部分,結(jié)合中國(guó)形象的發(fā)展歷史,指出中國(guó)的崛起要求國(guó)家形象的重塑。同時(shí),解構(gòu)當(dāng)前盛行的“中國(guó)威脅形象”,對(duì)新時(shí)期的中國(guó)形象重新定位。第三部分,選取不同歷史時(shí)期的英國(guó)、美國(guó)、德國(guó)作為典型案例,通過(guò)分析它們?cè)卺绕?或重新崛起)過(guò)程中國(guó)家形象塑造方面的成功事例,并結(jié)合當(dāng)前中國(guó)所處的時(shí)代背景,為下文的路徑探索提供借鑒經(jīng)驗(yàn)。第四部分,側(cè)重于對(duì)策的研究和分析,根據(jù)受眾對(duì)國(guó)家形象理解的差異,分別就全球、地區(qū)、國(guó)家間三個(gè)不同層面來(lái)解析如何在崛起的背景下塑造中國(guó)的國(guó)家形象。在不同的層面,我們的利益訴求不同,需要扮演的角色也不同,這就要求在具體的形象塑造方法上要有不同的偏重。有針對(duì)性的策略能夠減少在實(shí)施過(guò)程中少走彎路,從而最終獲得更好的收益。
[Abstract]:National image is the most important intangible asset of the country. The success or failure of its shaping directly affects the implementation of national foreign policy and the gain and loss of national interests. In the era of globalization, the strategic position of the national image is paid more and more attention by the countries all over the world. In the face of the new historical background, we must study the shaping of national image and give full play to its important role in the growth of great powers. This paper tries to analyze the national image from the perspective of the mainstream constructivism theory and the related exposition of the communication theory, starting with the connotation and composition, and combining the history of the development of itself and other typical countries. Find out the cause of China's threat image, and finally open up a new path of image shaping. The study of national image is a new topic in China. It is a new field to analyze the construction of national image from the angle of international relations. At present, the research on national image is mostly from the angle of communication, but the research and exploration from the relevant theory of international relations is still very few, and it is still in its infancy. Therefore, this research has realistic urgency and great theoretical significance. According to the contents of the selected topics and the existing research conditions, the author takes the constructivist international political sociology as the main theoretical basis, supplemented by realism, and at the same time draws lessons from the research results of sociology, culturology, communication, etc. The combination of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis enhances the practical pertinence and maneuverability of the subject. In addition to the introduction and conclusion, the main body of this paper is composed of four parts, the framework is as follows: the first part, from the theory related to national image, define the connotation of national image, sum up its role and influence elements. It provides a theoretical basis for the following to find the means and ways to shape the national image. The second part, according to the development history of Chinese image, points out that the rise of China requires the reconstruction of national image. At the same time, deconstructing the prevailing "China threat image", to the new era of Chinese image re-positioning. In the third part, Britain, the United States and Germany in different historical periods are selected as typical cases. By analyzing their success stories in the process of rising up (or re-rising), and combining with the background of the current China, the third part of this thesis is divided into three parts: one is the United Kingdom, the other is the United States and Germany. Provide reference experience for the path exploration below. The fourth part focuses on the research and analysis of countermeasures, according to the different understanding of the national image of the audience, respectively on the global, regional, inter-national three different levels to analyze how to shape the national image of China under the background of rising. At different levels, our interest demands are different, and the roles we need to play are different, which requires different emphasis on specific image shaping methods. Targeted strategies can reduce the number of detours in the process of implementation and ultimately achieve better returns.
