【摘要】：特朗普就任總統(tǒng)后將朝核問題列為非常重要的外交議題,短期內(nèi)采取了多項單邊、雙邊和多邊政策行動。美國對朝核問題的緊迫程度有了新的認(rèn)識,希望全方位加大對朝施壓力度、以壓促談。美國認(rèn)定中國是解決朝核問題的核心角色,試圖誘壓并舉爭取中國支持美國對朝政策。圍繞朝核問題的博弈已經(jīng)進(jìn)入一個新的階段。朝核問題大致有三種發(fā)展趨勢:一是朝鮮在壓力之下回歸談判,朝鮮核導(dǎo)能力發(fā)展階段性停擺;二是朝核僵局延續(xù),朝鮮在重壓之下成功擁核;三是朝鮮半島出現(xiàn)新的危機事態(tài)或者軍事沖突。
[Abstract]:Trump has made the North Korean nuclear issue a very important diplomatic issue since he took office, and has taken a number of unilateral, bilateral and multilateral policy actions in the short term. The United States has a new understanding of the urgency of the North Korean nuclear issue and hopes to increase the pressure on the DPRK in all directions and promote talks. The United States identified China as the central role in resolving the North Korean nuclear issue and tried to induce China to support its policy towards North Korea. The game around the North Korean nuclear issue has entered a new stage. The North Korean nuclear issue has three development trends: one is that North Korea is under pressure to return to negotiations, the other is that the development of North Korea's nuclear missile capability has been phased out, the second is the continuation of the nuclear deadlock in the DPRK, and the successful holding of the nuclear power by the DPRK under heavy pressure. Third, there is a new crisis or military conflict on the Korean Peninsula.
