【摘要】： 中非關(guān)系的歷史源遠(yuǎn)流長(zhǎng),冷戰(zhàn)后的中非關(guān)系更是進(jìn)入了快速發(fā)展的黃金時(shí)期。分析中非關(guān)系快速發(fā)展的原因及影響,并制定出正確的促進(jìn)中非關(guān)系發(fā)展的政策與措施,對(duì)促進(jìn)中非關(guān)系進(jìn)一步快速健康發(fā)展具有重要意義。 本文首先闡述了冷戰(zhàn)結(jié)束后至今中非關(guān)系的發(fā)展變化,在第二章中分析了中非關(guān)系快速發(fā)展的原因、特點(diǎn)及影響,在此基礎(chǔ)上第三章闡述了中非關(guān)系發(fā)展中西方消極影響因素的表現(xiàn)及產(chǎn)生的原因。最后,筆者提出了促進(jìn)中非關(guān)系發(fā)展的政策及措施。
[Abstract]:The history of Sino-African relations goes back to ancient times, and the Sino-African relations after the Cold War have entered a golden period of rapid development. It is of great significance to analyze the causes and influence of the rapid development of Sino-African relations and to formulate correct policies and measures to promote the development of Sino-African relations. This paper first describes the development and changes of Sino-African relations since the end of the Cold War, and analyzes the causes, characteristics and effects of the rapid development of Sino-African relations in the second chapter. On this basis, the third chapter expounds the performance and causes of the negative influence factors in the development of Sino-African relations. Finally, the author puts forward the policies and measures to promote the development of Sino-African relations.
