【摘要】： “韜光養(yǎng)晦”外交戰(zhàn)略是鄧小平基于對(duì)20世紀(jì)90年代前后的國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)形勢(shì)的分析所提出的一項(xiàng)長(zhǎng)期的外交戰(zhàn)略。這項(xiàng)外交戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施使中國(guó)迅速擺脫了1989年以后的被國(guó)際社會(huì)孤立的困境。它不僅為中國(guó)在外交上贏得廣大的戰(zhàn)略空間,同時(shí)也對(duì)中國(guó)的國(guó)內(nèi)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)產(chǎn)生巨大的推動(dòng)作用。在經(jīng)過30年的改革開放后,中國(guó)的綜合國(guó)力得到顯著的提高。世界金融危機(jī)給世界格局帶來很多新變化,這給中國(guó)外交帶來了很多機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。中國(guó)需要繼續(xù)堅(jiān)持“韜光養(yǎng)晦”外交戰(zhàn)略,把握機(jī)遇,有所作為,去開創(chuàng)中國(guó)外交事業(yè)新局面。 筆者通過對(duì)“韜光養(yǎng)晦”外交戰(zhàn)略的內(nèi)涵、背景原因、歷史功用等方面的總結(jié)分析,來嘗試對(duì)它進(jìn)行有深度地分析。本文以“韜光養(yǎng)晦”外交戰(zhàn)略為主線,共有四個(gè)部分。在第一章,文章論述了“韜光養(yǎng)晦”外交戰(zhàn)略的提出過程、內(nèi)涵及戰(zhàn)略依據(jù)；在第二章,文章扼要論述“韜光養(yǎng)晦”外交戰(zhàn)略的歷史功用；在第三章,文章結(jié)合新時(shí)期的國(guó)際形勢(shì),分析中國(guó)外交的新機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)；在第四章,文章結(jié)合中國(guó)外交的新戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型,來融入對(duì)“韜光養(yǎng)晦”外交戰(zhàn)略的新見解。
[Abstract]:The diplomatic strategy of "hiding one's strength and keeping secret" is a long-term diplomatic strategy put forward by Deng Xiaoping based on the analysis of the international and domestic situation around the 1990s. The implementation of this diplomatic strategy quickly freed China from the international isolation after 1989. It not only wins a vast strategic space for China in diplomacy, but also plays a huge role in promoting China's domestic modernization. After 30 years of reform and opening up, China's comprehensive national strength has been significantly improved. The world financial crisis has brought many new changes to the world pattern, which has brought a lot of opportunities and challenges to China's diplomacy. China needs to persist in its diplomatic strategy, seize the opportunity and make some achievements to open up a new situation in its diplomatic cause. By summarizing and analyzing the connotation, background reason and historical function of the diplomatic strategy of "hiding one's strength and keeping secret", the author tries to make a deep analysis of it. This paper takes the diplomatic strategy of "hiding one's strength and keeping secret" as the main line, which consists of four parts. In the first chapter, the article discusses the process, connotation and strategic basis of the diplomatic strategy of "hiding one's strength and keeping secret"; in the second chapter, the article briefly discusses the historical function of diplomatic strategy of "hiding one's strength and keeping secret"; in chapter three, it discusses the historical function of the diplomatic strategy of "hiding one's strength and preserving one's depth". Combined with the international situation in the new period, the article analyzes the new opportunities and challenges of China's diplomacy, and in the fourth chapter, combines with the new strategic transformation of China's diplomacy to incorporate a new view on the diplomatic strategy of "hiding one's strength and preserving one's depth".
