【摘要】：21世紀(jì)的國(guó)際形勢(shì)和中東地區(qū)局勢(shì)發(fā)生了巨大變化,未來(lái)國(guó)際格局和中東格局將呈中美兩極態(tài)勢(shì),國(guó)際博弈將主要在中美之間展開(kāi)。美國(guó)的實(shí)力和影響力相對(duì)下降,在國(guó)際問(wèn)題和中東問(wèn)題上呈現(xiàn)出焦躁矛盾心態(tài);中國(guó)的實(shí)力和影響力持續(xù)上升,在參與國(guó)際和中東事務(wù)上表現(xiàn)出謹(jǐn)慎的猶豫心態(tài);世界其他主要國(guó)家和地區(qū)的態(tài)度復(fù)雜,總體上將在中美之間"選邊站隊(duì)"。面對(duì)中東的持續(xù)動(dòng)蕩、美國(guó)霸權(quán)、"伊斯蘭國(guó)"威脅、俄羅斯重新介入中東事務(wù)等問(wèn)題,中國(guó)如何介入中東事務(wù),如何應(yīng)對(duì)"伊斯蘭國(guó)"威脅,是否需要在中東建立支軸國(guó)家,中國(guó)的中東戰(zhàn)略如何破題,均面臨諸多選擇難題。中國(guó)可以通過(guò)發(fā)布具體的中國(guó)中東戰(zhàn)略報(bào)告,向世界明確表達(dá)自身的需求和立場(chǎng),提出解決中東問(wèn)題的中國(guó)方案,以此實(shí)現(xiàn)中國(guó)的中東戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:The international situation in twenty-first Century and the situation in the Middle East have changed greatly. The future international pattern and the Middle East pattern will present the two polar situation in China and the United States. The international game will be carried out mainly between China and the United States. The strength and influence of the United States are relatively declining, and the ambivalence in the international and Middle East problems is present; the strength and influence of China will be held. Continue to rise, show a cautious hesitation in international and Middle East affairs. The attitude of other major countries and regions in the world is complex. In general, there will be a "border selection team" between China and the United States. In the face of the persistent turmoil in the Middle East, American hegemony, "Islamic state" threat, and Russia's re intervention in Middle East affairs, how China is involved in the Middle East affairs. In order to cope with the threat of "Islamic state", whether to establish a branch country in the Middle East and how to solve the problem in the Middle East strategy, China is faced with a number of choice problems. China can clearly express its needs and stand to the world by issuing a specific China Middle East strategic report and put forward a Chinese plan to solve the Middle East problem.
