[Abstract]:The fourth summit of the Asian Conference on interaction and confidence measures (CICA) was held in Shanghai on May 20-21. Before the summit, the Chinese people had heard of this organization, probably not many. But at the two-day summit, when 47 member states, observers and international organizations gathered in Shancheng, more than 1,000 journalists signed up for interviews, and CICA's popularity reached to the bottom of the street.
