【摘要】：特朗普在2016年大選中獲勝,反映了美國(guó)精英階層與中下階層之間、"美利堅(jiān)主義"與"全球主義"之間、美國(guó)"全球領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者地位"與實(shí)際能力之間矛盾的深刻化與復(fù)雜化。以緩和與解決這些矛盾為出發(fā)點(diǎn),特朗普任內(nèi)美國(guó)內(nèi)外政策將從注重政治轉(zhuǎn)向注重經(jīng)濟(jì),由國(guó)際優(yōu)先轉(zhuǎn)向國(guó)內(nèi)優(yōu)先,從重視多邊轉(zhuǎn)向重視雙邊,從堅(jiān)持繼續(xù)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)世界轉(zhuǎn)向致力于使美國(guó)"再次強(qiáng)大"。未來(lái)四年,中美在意識(shí)形態(tài)領(lǐng)域的斗爭(zhēng)趨于平和,在經(jīng)貿(mào)領(lǐng)域的矛盾、沖突明顯加劇。面對(duì)中美關(guān)系出現(xiàn)的新變數(shù),中國(guó)應(yīng)在經(jīng)貿(mào)領(lǐng)域避免被動(dòng)、爭(zhēng)取主動(dòng),在政治安全方面做到臨危不亂、沉著應(yīng)對(duì)。
[Abstract]:Trump's election victory in 2016 reflects the profound and complicated conflict between the American elite and the lower middle class, between "Americanism" and "globalism," and between America's "global leadership" and practical capabilities. In order to ease and resolve these contradictions, Trump's domestic and foreign policies will shift from political to economic, from international to domestic, from multilateral to bilateral. From insisting on continuing to lead the world to working to make America "strong again." In the next four years, the struggle between China and the United States in the ideological field tends to be peaceful, and the conflicts in the economic and trade field are obviously intensified. In the face of the new variables in Sino-US relations, China should avoid passivity in the economic and trade field, strive for initiative, and be calm and calm in political security.
