【摘要】：正在華人學(xué)界研究釣魚島1問題的眾多學(xué)者中,丘宏達(dá)先生應(yīng)該是資歷最深、學(xué)術(shù)貢獻(xiàn)最大的學(xué)者之一。丘宏達(dá)學(xué)養(yǎng)深厚,中外貫通,他一生提倡多研讀與自己國家相關(guān)的國際法案例,在國際法學(xué)界享有盛譽。他曾于1993—1999年擔(dān)任臺灣地區(qū)國際法學(xué)會理事長,1998—2000年擔(dān)任設(shè)在英國倫敦的國際法學(xué)會世界總會會長,任滿后獲推選為該會終身副會長。他曾主編中、英文版《中國國際法與國際事務(wù)年報》長達(dá)30年之久,并于1981年和1987年分任中英
[Abstract]:Among the many Chinese scholars who study Diaoyu Dao 1, Qiu Hongda is one of the most qualified scholars. Qiu Hongda, with a deep education and good knowledge both at home and abroad, advocated to study international law cases related to his own country all his life, and enjoyed a high reputation in international legal circles. He served as president of the Taiwan Regional Society of International Law from 1993 to 1999. He was president of the World Federation of International Law Societies based in London, England, from 1998 to 2000. He was editor of the Chinese and English edition of the Chinese Annual report on International Law and International Affairs for 30 years, and was appointed Chinese and English in 1981 and 1987.
