【摘要】：正由英國皇家國際事務(wù)研究所亞洲項(xiàng)目部高級顧問夏添恩(Tim Summers)撰寫的論文《英國脫歐對歐中關(guān)系的影響》(Brexit:Implications for EU-China Relations)于2017年5月刊發(fā)在該研究所的官網(wǎng)上。(1)作者假設(shè)英國將采取徹底的硬脫歐方式,不僅退出歐盟,還將退出單一市場,并很有可能逐漸開啟包括同中國在內(nèi)的貿(mào)易協(xié)定談判,進(jìn)而對歐盟—中國關(guān)系造成
[Abstract]:"Brexit: implications for EU-China relationships", a paper being written by Tim Summers, Senior Advisor, Asia Project Division, Royal Institute of International Affairs, published in May 2017 on the Institute's Web site, the authors assume that the paper "Brexit: implications for EU-China relationships" is published on the Institute's website in May 2017. Britain will take a radical hard break from the European Union. Not only will it exit the EU, but it will also withdraw from the single market, and it is likely that negotiations on a trade agreement, including with China, will gradually begin, thereby contributing to EU-China relations.
