【摘要】：隨著國際形勢的變化和中國、東盟各自外交政策的調(diào)整,特別是中美關(guān)系的變化,東盟內(nèi)部互動(dòng)的增多以及相互依賴的加深,中國與東盟關(guān)系在冷戰(zhàn)期間呈現(xiàn)出由敵視轉(zhuǎn)向相互接觸,最終演變?yōu)楹献骰锇榈木薮筠D(zhuǎn)變。當(dāng)前中國與東盟關(guān)系已經(jīng)深入發(fā)展成為全方位的合作伙伴,但是冷戰(zhàn)結(jié)束前中國與東盟關(guān)系的發(fā)展無疑為今天的友好局面奠定了良好的基礎(chǔ)。通過對中國官方權(quán)威媒體《人民日報(bào)》中關(guān)于東盟的報(bào)道進(jìn)行梳理,得出主要報(bào)道議題和富有時(shí)代感的高頻詞匯,再結(jié)合中國各個(gè)時(shí)期外交政策,以中國人的視角來看中國與東盟關(guān)系的發(fā)展變化。中國對東盟的關(guān)注焦點(diǎn)在第一階段幾乎全是政治上的激烈批判;在第二階段批評的聲音大大弱化,但是互動(dòng)不多,也比較謹(jǐn)慎,可是在第一階段幾乎可以忽略的經(jīng)濟(jì)類議題卻在第二階段上升到幾乎與政治類議題平等的地位;第三階段,由于蘇聯(lián)支持越南侵略柬埔寨,造成地區(qū)局勢的極度惡化,在一定程度上有力地促進(jìn)了東盟的團(tuán)結(jié)和中國—東盟關(guān)系的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the changes in the international situation and the adjustment of the respective foreign policies of China and ASEAN, especially the changes in Sino-US relations, the interaction within ASEAN has increased and its interdependence has deepened. During the Cold War, the relations between China and ASEAN changed from hostility to contact, and finally changed into partners. At present, the relationship between China and ASEAN has developed into a full range of cooperative partners, but the development of China-ASEAN relations before the end of the Cold War undoubtedly laid a good foundation for the friendly situation today. By combing the reports on ASEAN in China's official authoritative media People's Daily, we can get the main topics of the report and the high-frequency words with a sense of the times, and combine them with China's foreign policy in various periods. Look at the development and change of the relationship between China and ASEAN from the perspective of Chinese. In the first stage, China's focus of attention on ASEAN was almost all intense political criticism. In the second stage, criticism was greatly weakened, but there was little interaction and caution. However, in the second stage, the economic issues, which could be almost ignored in the first stage, rose to almost equal status with those in the political category. In the third stage, the situation in the region deteriorated extremely as a result of the Soviet Union's support for Vietnam's aggression against Cambodia. To a certain extent, it has promoted ASEAN unity and the development of China-ASEAN relations.
