【摘要】：第二次世界大戰(zhàn)后,國際主義成為美國對外政策的主導,但具有深厚歷史傳統(tǒng)的孤立主義仍不斷以新的形式出現(xiàn)。2008年國際金融危機后,美國國內(nèi)出現(xiàn)新的孤立主義思潮,美國的對外政策也體現(xiàn)出一定的孤立主義傾向:奧巴馬政府將更多的精力放在國內(nèi)問題上,在對外政策上堅持"最少介入";特朗普上臺以后,以"美國優(yōu)先"為口號,繼續(xù)減少國際介入,避免承擔國際責任,同時施行貿(mào)易保護主義和強硬的移民政策。此次新孤立主義思潮出現(xiàn)的原因是多方面的,既源于美國國內(nèi)對自由國際主義實踐結(jié)果的不滿和解決國內(nèi)問題的需要,也是美國相對實力下降和人口結(jié)構(gòu)變化等趨勢性因素作用的結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:After the second World War, internationalism became the leading role of American foreign policy, but isolationism with profound historical tradition continued to appear in new forms. After the 2008 international financial crisis, new isolationist trends of thought appeared in the United States. The foreign policy of the United States also shows a certain trend of isolationism: the Obama administration has devoted more attention to domestic issues and insisted on "minimum involvement" in foreign policy; Trump has taken "America first" as the slogan since he took office. Continue to reduce international involvement, avoid international responsibility, and implement trade protectionism and tough immigration policies. The reasons for the emergence of this trend of new isolationism are various, both because of the dissatisfaction with the practical results of liberal internationalism in the United States and the need to solve domestic problems. It is also the result of trend factors such as declining relative strength and changing demographic structure of the United States.
