【摘要】：始終不渝走和平發(fā)展道路,是中國(guó)政府和人民基于時(shí)代發(fā)展潮流和自身根本利益做出的戰(zhàn)略抉擇。和平發(fā)展最初是鄧小平20世紀(jì)七八十年代提出的中國(guó)政府對(duì)"時(shí)代主題"的戰(zhàn)略判斷。中國(guó)的根本利益、國(guó)家性質(zhì)、政治制度和基本國(guó)策決定了中國(guó)發(fā)展不可能走侵略擴(kuò)張的道路,中國(guó)的歷史文化傳統(tǒng)、發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及當(dāng)今世界的發(fā)展潮流為中國(guó)的發(fā)展道路指引了方向——中國(guó)要在和平中發(fā)展。作為中國(guó)和平發(fā)展道路的傳統(tǒng)文化根源,"和"是中國(guó)文化的一貫之道,是中國(guó)人文精神的生命之道。"以和為貴"、"和而不同"、"天人合一"是中國(guó)文化"和"思想內(nèi)涵中的三個(gè)重要層面。中國(guó)和平發(fā)展道路自提出以來,在探索與實(shí)踐中逐步形成了比較完善的理論架構(gòu),歷經(jīng)了初步確立與進(jìn)一步明確與完善的過程。實(shí)踐證明,作為國(guó)家的長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,和平發(fā)展道路是一條適應(yīng)中國(guó)國(guó)情與時(shí)代特色的發(fā)展之路,為中國(guó)與世界的和平與發(fā)展做出了卓越貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Unswervingly following the road of peaceful development is a strategic choice made by the Chinese government and people on the basis of the trend of development of the times and their own fundamental interests. Peaceful development was originally proposed by Deng Xiaoping in the 1970s and 1980s as the Chinese government's strategic judgment on the theme of the times. China's fundamental interests, the nature of the country, the political system and the basic state policy determine that China's development cannot take the path of aggression and expansion, and China's historical and cultural traditions, The current situation and the current trend of development in the world guide China's development direction-China should develop in peace. As the traditional cultural root of China's peaceful development, "harmony" is the consistent way of Chinese culture and the way of life of Chinese humanistic spirit. Harmony is the most important thing, harmony is different, and the unity of nature and man is the three important aspects of Chinese culture and ideological connotation. Since the path of China's peaceful development was put forward, a relatively perfect theoretical framework has been gradually formed in exploration and practice, and has gone through the process of preliminary establishment and further clarification and perfection. Practice has proved that as a country's long-term development strategy, the road of peaceful development is a development road adapted to China's national conditions and the characteristics of the times, and has made outstanding contributions to the peace and development of China and the world.
