【摘要】： 冷戰(zhàn)期間,東南亞地區(qū)因美蘇兩大陣營意識(shí)形態(tài)的激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)而受影響。美蘇為首兩大軍事集團(tuán)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),共產(chǎn)主義的擴(kuò)張以及東南亞國家之間領(lǐng)土的爭(zhēng)端都是當(dāng)時(shí)東南亞國家安全的威脅。東南亞國家致力于參與和建立區(qū)域組織以防止外部威脅以及解決各國糾紛和爭(zhēng)端,如東南亞條約組織(1954年),東南亞協(xié)會(huì)(1961年)和馬菲印多(1963年)。然而,因東南亞國家的參與的區(qū)域組織并它們之間還存在著相互不信任而瓦解。后來于1967年東南亞國家聯(lián)盟或東盟正式成立。這些區(qū)域組織的形成使東南亞東南亞國家進(jìn)入一體化進(jìn)程的初級(jí)階段。 東盟經(jīng)歷了40多年的從冷戰(zhàn)時(shí)期的政治上的初步一體化到冷戰(zhàn)后的經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化道路,使得東盟一體化進(jìn)程經(jīng)受了考驗(yàn),東盟在國際舞臺(tái)和地區(qū)事務(wù)中發(fā)揮著越來越積極的作用。應(yīng)對(duì)東盟的一體化進(jìn)程,中國從冷戰(zhàn)時(shí)期到冷戰(zhàn)后持有不同的態(tài)度與立場(chǎng),即從敵對(duì)態(tài)度轉(zhuǎn)化為友好合作伙伴。正在建構(gòu)共同體的東盟需要中國的經(jīng)濟(jì)快速增長(zhǎng),中國在東盟一體化進(jìn)程中是個(gè)重要的推動(dòng)者,將對(duì)東盟一體化進(jìn)程發(fā)揮積極作用�？梢哉f,中國與東盟的友好合作將是東亞合作的重要伙伴和支柱。
[Abstract]:During the Cold War, Southeast Asia was affected by the fierce ideological competition between the US and Soviet camps. The rivalry between the two major military blocs led by the United States and the Soviet Union, the expansion of communism and the territorial dispute between Southeast Asian countries were threats to the security of Southeast Asian countries at that time. The countries of South-East Asia are committed to participating in and establishing regional organizations to prevent external threats and to resolve disputes and disputes among States, such as the South-East Asian Treaty Organization (1954), the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (1961) and Mafiindor (1963). However, regional organizations in which Southeast Asian countries participate and there is still mistrust among them are disintegrating. Later, the Association of Southeast Asian Nations or ASEAN was formally established in 1967. The formation of these regional organizations has enabled Southeast Asian countries to enter the initial stage of integration process. ASEAN has experienced more than 40 years from the political integration during the Cold War to the economic integration after the Cold War, which has put the ASEAN integration process to the test, and ASEAN is playing a more and more active role in the international arena and regional affairs. To deal with the process of ASEAN integration, China holds different attitudes and positions from the Cold War period to the post-Cold War period, that is, from hostile attitude to friendly cooperative partner. ASEAN, which is building a community, needs the rapid economic growth of China, and China is an important promoter in the process of ASEAN integration, which will play an active role in ASEAN integration process. It can be said that the friendly cooperation between China and ASEAN will be an important partner and pillar of East Asia cooperation.
