【摘要】：構(gòu)建中國的國際話語權(quán)是一個艱巨而又迫切的任務(wù)。當(dāng)前,中國正處于痛苦的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會轉(zhuǎn)型期,世界正處于艱難的調(diào)整期,中國與世界正處于復(fù)雜的磨合期,這種"三期疊加"的時代特點(diǎn),決定了當(dāng)前構(gòu)建中國國際話語權(quán)的特殊重要性和緊迫性。同時,中國的民族復(fù)興正在走向成功,中國特色社會主義正在走向成熟,世界治理體系正在走向變革,中國正在邁向世界舞臺中心,中國和世界出現(xiàn)的這些歷史性變化,又為構(gòu)建中國國際話語權(quán)、重建世界話語體系提供了歷史性機(jī)遇。當(dāng)然,也應(yīng)看到,構(gòu)建中國國際話語權(quán)仍面臨著巨大障礙和嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn),特別是要解決"有理說不出"和"說了傳不開"兩個方面的問題,增強(qiáng)說服力和傳播力。突破西方話語體系的障礙,構(gòu)建中國的國際話語權(quán),要著力解決好以我為主、兼容并包,問題導(dǎo)向、搶占先機(jī),講好故事、寓理于情,頂層設(shè)計(jì)、系統(tǒng)闡釋等問題。
[Abstract]:It is an arduous and urgent task to construct China's right of international discourse. At present, China is in a painful economic and social transition period, the world is in a difficult period of adjustment, and China and the world are in a complex period of running-in. It determines the special importance and urgency of constructing China's international discourse right at present. At the same time, China's national rejuvenation is moving towards success, socialism with Chinese characteristics is moving towards maturity, the world governance system is moving towards change, China is moving towards the center of the world stage, and these historic changes have taken place in China and the world. It also provides a historic opportunity for the construction of China's international discourse right and the reconstruction of the world discourse system. Of course, it should also be noted that the construction of China's international discourse rights still faces great obstacles and severe challenges, especially to solve the two problems of "it is reasonable to say" and "not to spread it", and to enhance its persuasive power and communication power. To break through the obstacles of western discourse system and to construct China's international discourse right, we should focus on solving the problems, such as self-centered, all-inclusive, problem-oriented, preemptive, storytelling, rational, top-level design, systematic interpretation, and so on.
