【摘要】：門戶開放政策是19世紀(jì)末以英、美為首的西方列強(qiáng)在中國和非洲等半殖民地實(shí)行的外交政策,最早是由英國針對俄國提出并推行的,其根本目的是扼制俄、法等國對中國的瓜分,同時(shí)以和平方式維持本國在華貿(mào)易優(yōu)勢。然而,英國在推行該政策時(shí)"執(zhí)法犯法",最終只能將其轉(zhuǎn)手于美國。
[Abstract]:The policy of open door is the foreign policy of the Western powers led by Britain and the United States in China and Africa at the end of the 19th century. It was first put forward and carried out by Britain against Russia, and its fundamental purpose was to curb Russia. France and other countries carve up China while maintaining their trade advantage in a peaceful manner. However, the United Kingdom in the implementation of the policy "law enforcement offences", eventually only to transfer it to the United States.
